It is a clean, quiet, and cozy newly built officetel within 10 minutes walk from Dong-an Station on the subway line & a bus stop right in front of the building. There is a CU convenience store on the first floor of the building and a Starbucks is scheduled to open. There is a large Daiso and CineQ movie theater in the building right next door (Hillstate). Hwanggeumsan is nearby, so you can take a walk and exercise. ✔ Since it is a short-term rental, disposable items are not provided. However, bedding is provided. ✔ You must bring all personal hygiene products. (Towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, soap, cell phone charger, etc.) ✔ You must do your own laundry and cleaning during your stay. ✅ Parking is free for 2 hours only on the check-in/check-out days.
