Our house combines the timeless charm and solid craftsmanship of a classic home, lovingly built by my father, a master carpenter. It has been fully remodeled, blending modern elegance and warmth, thanks to the creative touch of my talented younger sister.
At Kim’s Cozy House, we hope you find a space where you can unwind and recharge, whether you're spending time with family, friends, or a loved one. Just as Seoul is captured in the slogan 'Seoul, My Soul,' we aspire for Kim's Cozy House to be your home away from home, offering peace, comfort, and cherished memories.
House Rule
*Eating is not allowed in the bedrooms. -Fees will be charged for stains and contamination of bedding. *Moving furniture within the accommodation is not allowed. -Fees will be charged for damage caused by moving furniture arbitrarily. *Cooking precautions -Simple cooking is allowed, but foods with a lot of smell or oil, such as fish or meat, are restricted. *Fees may be charged for graffiti or stains within the accommodation. *All areas within the building are non-smoking. -If smoking is found, a fine will be imposed and immediate eviction will be requested. *Pets are not allowed.

정말 좋은 숙소에서 잘 지내다 왔습니다
아이 입시때문에 조용한 숙소를 찾았는데
정말 조용한 주택가에 호텔식 침구, 감성돋는 아기자기한 인테리어, 청결한 방 등등 어느것 하나 부족한 것이 없는 숙소였습니다
입시 마치는 시간때문에 퇴실시간을 조정 부탁드렸을때도 흔쾌히 조정해주셔서 감사했습니다
하룻밤이었지만 정 많은 친척분 댁에서 푹 쉬다 온것 같은 기분은 친절한 사장님과 좋은 숙소 덕분이겠지요 ^^

숙소에 들어서자마자 아늑한느낌의 아주 깔끔한숙소였어요~
건물은 오래된거같지만 숙소안은 너무 쾌적합니다
호스트님의 답변도 빠르게받을수있구요~
전 침구에 예민한데 깨끗한 컨디션의 침대가 맘에들었어요
저희는 3명가서 큰침대 하나씩 차지하고 잘잤습니다^^

도착후 숙소를 보고 두번 감동했네요
사진과 너무 똑같고… 준비된 소품 가구 등등 주인의 세심함에
부모님이 만족한 곳입니다.
급하게 잡은 숙소지만 여행 중 만난 어느 숙소 중 다섯손가락 안에 드는 곳입니다. 종종 서울에 가게 되면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다Oct 2024
