My house is within 2 min of walking distance from an airport bus station and 6 min from ‘Hongik University station exit no.1.
Therefore, you will be able to reach most of places in Seoul very easily and conveniently.
AREX(Airport railroad) passes this station, so you can directly come to my place from the airport.
It’d be very suitable for travel in a big group of friends or families!
My house is always crystal clean.
And, I assure you of a comfortable, cozy, and safe house.

My house is in Hongdae(Hongik Uni. station) area. And, Hongdae is one of the places where is known for its youthful and romantic atmosphere. There are plenty of interesting places to go and lots of gourmet eateries, cafes, galleries, trendy fashion shops, live cafes, clubs lining the street. So, it would give you big fun to look for fascinating places there.
One tip for you! A convenience store is just around the corner. With less than 1 minute of your time, you can grab a bite to eat at this convenience store.
And, as a mommy of 2 girls, I haven’t found any difficulties to stay in my house with kids so far.
Perfect for travel and a good rest!!
- You can directly come to my house by both airport bus & AREX(Airport Railroad) from Incheon International Airport with no transit.
- It takes only 2 min on foot from Airport bus station & 6 min on foot from subway station to my house.
House Rule
- Please note that the house is only for booked guests, un-notified guests are prohibited. (This property is only for the number of guests who have made a reservation. Visits and stays of people other than those who have made a reservation are not allowed.) - Please do not allow kids to use pens, markers in bedrooms (Please supervise children not to use pens, markers, etc. in the bedrooms) - Please turn off all the switches before you leave the house (Please turn off the lights when you leave the house) - In Korea, recycling trash is in law. Please separate glass, paper, plastic and can. (Please separate recyclables.) - Please take off your shoes in the house during your stay. (Please take off your shoes and stay indoors.) - Please be kindly quiet at night for neighbors (Party (loud music or noise) is not allowed : fine 1,000,000 won) (Please be mindful of parties, music, and noise at night, etc., for the sake of the neighbors.) - Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or outside. (Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. (fine : 300,000 won)) (Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited.)
