Hello and welcome to Amy's Stay. I'm your host, COBI. Amy's Stay is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Seolleung Station, offering excellent transportation options. The surrounding area is home to various attractions such as COEX, Bongeunsa Temple, Garosu-gil, and Apgujeong Rodeo Street, making it the perfect spot for travelers. At COEX, you can enjoy shopping and entertainment, while Bongeunsa Temple offers a peaceful experience of a traditional Korean temple. Garosu-gil and Apgujeong Rodeo Street are known for their trendy shopping and upscale dining options. Additionally, you can immerse yourself in nature within the city at Hangang Park, where you can enjoy activities like cycling and picnicking.
The accommodation features two rooms and one bedroom, along with a spacious balcony, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. We hope you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Amy's Stay!
* For groups of 5, 4 guests can sleep in the beds, and a topper and blanket will be provided for the 5th guest. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
House Rule
[Guidelines for Staying at Amy stay]
Amistay is located in a residential area, so we kindly ask you to be mindful of noise levels. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay:
1. Please keep the noise down after 8 PM.
After 8 PM, please keep noise to a minimum inside the accommodation to be considerate of our neighbors.
2. Be mindful of noise on the balcony.
If you wish to spend time on the balcony in the evening, please close the balcony windows to reduce noise. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise.
3. Wear indoor slippers.
Please wear the indoor slippers provided inside the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
4. Turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and gas valve upon checkout.
When checking out, please make sure to turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and gas valve, as well as all electrical appliances.
5. No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area outside the building. Violation of this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee.
6. Trash Disposal
Please separate your trash into general waste and recyclables (plastic, cans, glass, paper, etc.) and dispose of it in the designated bins on the balcony.
7. Food Waste Disposal
Please collect food waste in the provided food waste bags. Use the designated bags for proper disposal.
8. No Parties or Events
The accommodation is intended for quiet relaxation. Parties or events are not allowed, and violation of this rule may incur additional charges.
9. Use of Facilities and Items
All facilities and items in the accommodation are provided for guests. Please use them with care and clean up after use. If any items are damaged, a compensation fee may be charged.
10. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation due to allergy and cleanliness concerns. Violation of this rule may result in a fine.
11. Lock Windows and Doors
For safety, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when leaving the accommodation.
12. Bathroom Use
When taking a shower in the bathroom, please keep the windows closed to maintain privacy, as the neighboring buildings may have a view.
13. Emergency Contact
In case of an emergency, please contact the local emergency number 119.
