● Accommodation Description ✔️ Quiet residential area 5 minutes from Konkuk University Station ✔️ Located in a quiet residential area ✔️ Amenities such as entertainment, restaurants, hospitals, department stores, and convenience stores are available within a 1-2 minute walk ✔️ Two rooms - Bedroom 1 - 1 queen, TV Bedroom 2 - 1 king, hanger Kitchen - table, bathroom Make lots of good memories with a comfortable rest ● How to use the room ✔️ Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you instructions on moving in and use. ✔️ Move-in is done remotely. ✔️ Please chat if you wish to extend the contract. ✔️ Disposable items (toothpaste/toothbrush, towel, shampoo, etc.) are provided ✔️ Wi-Fi, Netflix available ✔️ No smoking indoors, no parties, no pets, no noise (if complaints occur) ● Transportation ✔️ 5-minute walk to Konkuk University Station ✔️ 10-minute walk to Seongsu Cafe Street ✔️ 5-minute walk to Lotte Department Store ✔️ 10-minute walk to airport bus ● Additional explanation ✔️ Absolutely no smoking, no pets allowed ☹ A fine of 300,000 won for smoking ✔️ CCTV recording ✔️ Bed (queen), king bed, 55-inch TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, dining table ✔️ Clean space prepared with disinfection and laundry/cleaning ✔️ As it is a quiet residential area, we are sensitive to noise after 9 PM. We will request you to leave if complaints occur.
