Jeju Modo 2 Outdoor Jacuzzi 37 Pyeong Private House Located in Pyoseon, Jeju Island, this 37 pyeong private house with a private outdoor jacuzzi is available for use (all floors 1 and 2). There is a living room and a large bathroom on the 2nd floor, which is enough for 2 teams to use. No separate fee for using the jacuzzi or barbecue! (Actual cost deduction) This is a short-term rental accommodation, not a lodging business, specializing in one week or one month stays. It is a detached guesthouse with an outdoor jacuzzi pool with a view of Hallasan Mountain on a nice day. 10 minutes to Pyoseon Beach, downtown, Hanaro Mart, 1 minute to Shineville Golf Course, 40 minutes to Jeju Airport, and 25 minutes to Seongsan Ilchulbong. There are 4-5 nearby tourist attractions, including Jeju Folk Village, Jeju Herb Garden, and Gasiri Rape Flower Road. 37 pyeong detached accommodation, 1st floor outdoor terrace and 2nd floor outdoor terrace jacuzzi 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen on the 1st floor, 1 room, 1 bathroom, living room, terrace, outdoor jacuzzi pool on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor bedroom has 2 super single beds, and the 2nd room has a mattress. The 2nd floor bedroom has a queen-size bed. All 3 rooms have bathrooms. Ceiling-type system air conditioners are installed in all rooms and the living room. Amenities: TV, beam projector, internet wifi, washing machine, clothes drying rack, oven/microwave, refrigerator, fan, dehumidifier, cordless vacuum cleaner. You can use the entire 37 pyeong independent accommodation. You can have a barbecue in the outdoor yard on the first floor, and you can use the outdoor jacuzzi pool on the outdoor terrace on the second floor. All three rooms have bathrooms, and the second floor has a separate living room, bedroom, and refrigerator, so two teams can use them independently. This is a specialized accommodation for one week and one month, so there is a deposit, which must be deposited separately and will be returned within 1-2 days after check-out. Utility bills are separate and deducted from the deposit. Utility bills are paid by reading the electricity, water, and LPG gas meters. There is no separate fee to use the outdoor jacuzzi pool, but it is deducted from the water and boiler utility bills.
