House rules

- Up to 2 people can use only the 1st floor. (If you add more people, you can use the 1st and 2nd floors.)
＊Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (The fire alarm may sound.)
＊Food with strong odors such as fish and meat cannot be cooked or consumed indoors.
＊Please wash the dishes and separate the trash after use.
＊Please refrain from making loud noises for the sake of the neighbors.
＊If there is a noise complaint, you will be asked to vacate the room without a refund. (We operate with the consent of the neighbors, so the host will be contacted immediately in case of noise.)
＊You are responsible for compensating the amount for contamination or damage to bedding/furniture/carpets, etc.
＊Pets are not allowed.
＊CCTV is installed at the outside entrance outside the accommodation. Only the number of people who have made a reservation can use it.
＊If there are visitors, you must consult in advance and an additional fee (15,000 won per person) may be incurred.

＊You will be charged for damage to the accommodation equipment and contamination of bedding sheets.
＊Early check-in / late check-out (10,000 won per hour)
＊Use of beds exceeding the number of people reserved and use of additional bedding
* All utility bills are included in the management fee, but additional charges may be applied in case of excessive use.
