House rules

Here are the instructions for using the accommodation. Please follow them! 1. The neighboring house is a regular home where families actually live. Please refrain from causing inconvenience to your neighbors by making noise, drinking, or having parties until late at night. 2. The wireless Wi-Fi ID and password are attached to the router next to the TV. 3. If you are not sure how to use the options and facilities (washing machine, boiler, hot water, trash separation), please contact the host at any time. :) 4. Please take off your shoes before using the accommodation. 5. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the house. Please use the smoking area on the first floor :) (A special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged separately for pets and indoor smoking.) 6. Please wash the dishes you have used before checking out. 7. If the trash can is full, please separate the trash. If you are not sure, please contact the host. Please separate the trash due to strict crackdowns by the district office. (General waste and food waste volume-based bags are provided under the sink.) 8. Please take care of the furniture and bedding as special cleaning and restoration costs may be incurred due to unexpected damage or contamination. 9. If you need to park your vehicle, please let us know the vehicle model and license plate number in advance.
