'Stay huega', found after passing the people lining up in front of the delicious restaurants, the moment you enter the accommodation, it becomes a cozy resting place like your mother's womb in the city. ? Surrounding environment - Located a 2-3 minute walk from Hapjeong Station - Convenient transportation to all the hot places in Seoul (easy access to Myeongdong, Gwanghwamun, and World Cup Stadium) - 15 minutes on foot to Hongdae, 5 minutes by car - 11 minutes on foot to Mangwon Market, a hot place in Mapo-gu - K-pop YG Entertainment is less than 1 minute away - 24-hour convenience store, popular restaurants, and cafes right in front of the house - Large marts and Olive Young are located 3 minutes away @ This is a flexible accommodation with regard to noise. Enjoy yourself. Nevertheless, please refrain from making loud noises. @ The host personally ensures sufficient ventilation, washes bedding, and cleans before the guest's visit. Dressing table, hangers, (sofa bed provided as a bed for 7 or more people) - Up to 10 people in total (topper can be used for more than that because the living room space is spacious) Easy for large families and multi-person business trips. - Cozy and clean hotel-style bedding (bedding and towels are sterilized and washed every day to maintain cleanliness.) - Mood lighting next to the side table - Blackout curtains for a good night's sleep - TV, OTT (Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc. free viewing - use personal account) - Mobile phone charger - Wall-mounted air conditioner in all rooms ??Living room: A space with emotion and practicality - floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable sofa, large TV, table for multiple people. Desk for work. ☕️ Kitchen and dining area: Sink, induction, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pots, and tableware sets are all provided so you can cook. ?Bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, foam cleanser, toothpaste, = 2 towels are provided per person. Additional towels should be prepared by the guest. ?Laundry room: State-of-the-art washing machine and dryer installed - Available for stays of 5 nights or more. Detergent is included in the washing machine. Since it is an AI-equipped washing machine and dryer, please inquire when using it. A fine will be imposed if you throw away food waste together with general waste. - Please be careful about safety when using induction. - Our accommodation is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, but the ceiling height is not that high, so it is not too difficult. We provide a luggage-lifting service for guests with large or heavy luggage. However, we ask that elderly guests with leg problems consider booking accommodation.

- 우리 숙소는 3층에 있습니다.
엘리베이터는 없지만 층고가 높지 않아 그다지 힘들지 않아요.

-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
