It is conveniently located for moving to central Seoul tourist attractions and hospitals, and is close to marts and commercial facilities, making it a convenient place to live. * 20 minutes by subway to Jamsil/Lotte World/Seokchon Lake * 30 minutes by subway to KSPO Dome * Convenient to use Seoul Asan Medical Center / 3 minutes by car to Gangdong Kyunghee University Hospital * Commercial districts such as E-Mart, Daiso, and Olive Young near Godeok Station ⚜️ Accommodation Information - Bedding is managed with an electric dryer and changed every time - Welcome bottled water provided / Orange juice provided for the month of September - Free WIFI, OTT viewing (Netflix, YouTube) - Located on the first floor of a commercial-residential building. - No parking. Here are some precautions for using the accommodation.^^ ⛔️ Precautions ⛔️ - Parking is not allowed in the accommodation, so please use the 'Everyone's Parking Lot' app. (Nearby parking areas cost 1,200 won per hour) - Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. (In case of violation, a damage fee of 500,000 won may be charged. Please be considerate of the next guest.) - Compensation will be required for damaged or severe contamination (wallpaper, bedding). - Pets are not allowed. - Loud singing or parties late at night are not allowed in the residential area. (In case of noise complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.) - Please refrain from bringing additional people and visitors other than the number of people reserved. (If caught, an additional fee of 30,000 won per night per additional person will be charged.) - Minors unaccompanied by an adult cannot enter the accommodation, and if caught, they will be asked to leave without a refund. - Please refrain from cooking or eating food with a strong odor (stinky tofu, durian, fish, fried food, etc.) for the next guests. (The smell doesn't go away easily ㅠ) - If you separate the trash/food you used and leave it in front of the entrance, it will be a great help to the cleaning staff to clean up. - Please wash the used dishes/turn off electronic devices/turn off all lights when checking out. - Cancellation fees are subject to the refund policy. - Please contact us for early check in & late check out. (An additional charge of 10,000 won per hour may be incurred.) - Please put used items back in their original place, and notify the host in case of damage or contamination.
