• For bookings of 4 guests or fewer: Room A + Room B + living room + kitchen + main bathroom (partial property access)
• For bookings of 5 guests or more: Room A + Room B + Room C + living room + kitchen + main bathroom + secondary bathroom (full property access)
▷ Extra Guests: Unauthorized guests and visitors exceeding the reservation count are not allowed.
※ Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
▷ Pets: No pets are allowed.
▷ No Smoking: [DAMSO HOUSE] is a strictly non-smoking property, including the terrace.
▷ No Parties or Events ?:
Located in a quiet residential area, [DAMSO HOUSE] strictly prohibits parties and noise to prevent disturbance to neighbors. The terrace cannot be used after 10:00 PM.
※ Please avoid excessive noise and drinking late at night.
▷ Kitchen Use: The kitchen is intended for light cooking only. To maintain a pleasant environment, please avoid greasy or strong-smelling foods, such as meat, fish, or dishes with strong spices.
▷ Cleanliness: Please wash all dishes and cookware after use to keep the property clean.
▷ Trash and Recycling: Please separate plastics/vinyl, paper, and general waste, and place food waste in a designated bag by the entrance upon check-out. ※ Pour any remaining soup, like ramen broth, down the sink. For oily liquids, use a paper towel to remove the oil first, then pour the remaining liquid down the sink. Do not dispose of food waste in the toilet, as repairs for blockages may be charged.

※ Additional charges may apply for damage, loss, or stains on items like bedding, curtains, or furniture.
▷ Fire Safety: Candles or items with a fire risk are prohibited to prevent fire hazards.
▷ Prohibited Items: Do not bring any hazardous items or dangerous materials indoors. ※ If a fire occurs due to guest negligence, compensation costs may be charged.
▷ Safety Precautions: Please turn off all lights and electrical devices (radiators, table lamps, hair dryers, electric kettles) when leaving.
▷ Accidents: [DAMSO HOUSE] is not liable for any accidents resulting from guest negligence.
▷ Securing the Property: Make sure the door is securely locked when leaving. ※ [DAMSO HOUSE] is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables due to negligence.
▷ Minors: Minors without a guardian are not permitted to make reservations or stay at the property.
▷ Terrace Use: Terrace access may be restricted due to weather conditions.
▷ Solar-Powered Lighting: Terrace lights are solar-powered, and on/off times may vary with the weather.
▷ Eviction Policy: You may be asked to leave the property without a refund if:
• You violate the house rules
• Noise complaints arise
• There is excessive drinking and loud behavior
• The number of guests exceeds the reservation
• Any unauthorized commercial photography occurs on the premises, which may also result in legal action.
※ [DAMSO HOUSE] may cancel reservations in cases of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for these situations.

As [DAMSO HOUSE] is a single-family home with limited parking, there is no dedicated parking space available. Public transportation is recommended, and for those arriving by car, please use nearby private or public parking facilities.

The name signifies a “House full of stories and laughter.” Enjoy creating happy memories filled with laughter with your family and friends at our quiet and pleasant [DAMSO HOUSE].

[DAMSO HOUSE] Basic Information

▷ Accommodation Capacity: Clean and comfortable accommodation ideal for 4 guests, with a maximum capacity of 8.

▷ Layout: Located on the 1.5th floor, accessible via 8 steps.

▷ Usage: The entire first floor of the single-family house is exclusively for guests.

※ The host resides on the second floor and is available to assist with any inquiries or help you may need.

▷ Entertainment: An XBOX 360 is set up for fun gaming sessions with family or friends.

▷ Music: Classic speakers and an amplifier are provided, creating a great environment for enjoying music.

▷ Terrace: The spacious terrace includes an outdoor table and a hammock, perfect for morning or evening tea time with family or friends, or for reading in peace.

※ Excessive drinking and smoking are not allowed on the terrace.

▷ Location: Bangi Food Alley, Bangi Traditional Market, and Songridan-gil are a 2-3 minute walk away, Seokchon Lake is a 5-minute walk, and Olympic Park and Lotte World Tower are within a 10-minute walk.

▷ Smoking Policy: The entire property, including the terrace, is strictly non-smoking. A penalty of KRW 300,000 will be applied for smoking.
