흡연은 건물 앞 재떨이가 준비된 곳에서만 가능합니다.
* 게스트 퇴실 후 침구류 교체와 소독을 항상 철저히 합니다.
* 숙소가 언덕에 위치해 있어 서비스로 1박당 1병(1인당)의 생수를 제공합니다.
* 엘리베이터가 없는 반지층 공간으로 5개의 계단이 있습니다. 거동이 불편하신 분들은 예약을 지양해 주세요.
* 건물 내 주차가 불가합니다. 근처 공영 주차장 이용해 주셔야 합니다.
* 보안과 인원수 파악을 위해 출입구 쪽에 cctv가 있습니다.

Check-in and accommodation usage instructions • Please put your laundry in the laundry basket on the left side of the front door. • After washing the dishes, place them on the drying rack. • Please separate your trash in the bin provided indoors. • Please put food waste in the yellow food bag. • Wi-Fi: SK_B406_5G / CSC27@3923 • CCTV is installed outside the entrance for security and to determine the number of people. ⚠️ Precautions and compensation costs • This is a non-smoking accommodation. A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged if you smoke in the guestroom or bathroom. Please use the ashtray at the entrance of the building. • Be careful of food and cosmetics contamination on fabric materials such as bedding and rugs. A separate compensation fee may be charged for contamination that does not disappear after washing. • Do not throw trash in the toilet. Toilets may become clogged if you throw toilet paper, wet tissues, food, etc. in the toilet. • It is located in a residential area. Please be careful of noise after 10 PM.

언덕이여서 쪼금 힘들었던거 말고 숙소 컨디션이랑 내부가 정말 아늑하고 깔끔했어요!!! 최고였습니다 🩷

마치 친구네 집에 놀러온것처럼 아늑하고 편안한 숙소였습니다.
역에서 거리가있고 언덕위에 위치해있지만 마을버스를 타면 숙소 코앞에서 내려줘서 편했습니다.
배달이 가능하기때문에 밖에 나갈 필요도 없이 밥부터 커피까지 숙소에서 편안하게 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다.
쓰레기 분리수거도 편안하게 할 수있게 전부 구분되어 있어서 그냥 골라서 넣기만하면 될정도로 쉬웠어요!
빔이 설치되어있어 넷플릭스 재밌게 시청했어요!
수건도 아주 넉넉하니 채워주셔서 걱정없이 사용가능했고 침대가 푹신하고 넓어서 좋았습니다.
다만 베개는 좀 높아서 그건 좀 불편했어요.
다음에도 친구들과 숙소잡고 놀때 또 이용하고싶네요~!!^^Dec 2024 -

홍대입구역에서 조금 올라가야하긴하지만 위치가 좋고 숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 이뻤어요. 다음에도 서울 놀러오면 여기에 올 거 같아요! 호스트님도 엄청 친절하시고 너무 잘 머물다가 갑니다!😄😄
