Our accommodation features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen-living room combo, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The beds include 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, and 2 super single beds, along with a sofa suitable for 2-3 people. The total floor area is approximately 48.12 square meters (13.5 pyeong).
Transportation
Located just a 1-minute walk from Exit 7 of Hongik University Station (AREX), our place is very convenient to find. Being in the heart of Hongdae, you'll enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, pubs, clubbing, K-pop fan culture, and more, all within walking distance. It’s also incredibly convenient to reach other areas such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, Myeongdong, Insadong, and Gangnam.
Neighborhood
Situated in a central residential area, the neighborhood is very safe even late at night. A 24-hour convenience store is just 30 seconds away on foot. Right in front of the accommodation lies the Traveler’s Street (Red Road), where young artists showcase street performances such as dance, K-pop, and magic shows every evening. Additionally, a forest path along the old train tracks is just a minute away on foot, perfect for a refreshing morning jog or a serene evening walk.
Bedding
We provide hotel-quality bedding, towels, and hand towels, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay by thoroughly replacing and cleaning all linens after each guest.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Guests can enjoy free use of the washer, dryer, and water purifier. Premium appliances like the Balmuda electric kettle and toaster are also available.

The 40-inch TV is equipped with Chromecast, allowing you to stream YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and more. We also provide board games, playing cards, and Hwatu (traditional Korean card game) for your enjoyment.

Each room is furnished with hangers, side tables, and mood lighting. Luggage racks are available for convenient unpacking. A dressing table, hairdryer, comb, and even a curling iron are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, induction stove, basic cooking utensils, dishes, cups, and cutlery.
