This is a newly built, 53-square-meter (16-pyeong) 3-room house for exclusive use, perfect for families, couples, and friends. The living and dining spaces are designed in a mid-century modern concept, and each bedroom has a unique theme for visual enjoyment. We also provide hotel-quality bedding that is freshly laundered for your comfort during your stay.

친구들과 연말 모임을 하기 위해 들른 숙소였는데, 모든 면에서 만족한 숙소입니다💖
호스트님께서 체크인 전에 세심하게 설명을 잘 남겨주셨고, 호스트님과 연락이 빠른 시간 내에 이루어져서 좋았어요. (제가 호스트님께서 보내신 메시지를 확인만 하고 바빠서 미처 답장을 드리지 못했는데, 혹시나 하는 마음에 안내사항을 놓칠까봐 확인 차 연락 먼저 한 번 더 주셨던 점도 감동 포인트였어요🥹)
여섯 명이서 모임 장소를 고를 때에는 침대/화장실이 충분한지를 먼저 고려하게 되는데,
아우르연은 방이 3개, 화장실이 2개여서 여러 명이 이용하는 데에 정말 편리했습니다.
침구도 호텔 침구처럼 포근해서 잠도 잘 왔어요!
숙소가 신축이어서 그런지 전반적으로 정말 깨끗하고 인테리어도 깔끔했어요.
거실에는 스마트 TV가 있어서 유투브 영상도 편하게 틀어놓을 수 있었고,
소파도 너무 편해서 헤드 조정해서 소파와 한 몸이 되어있기도 했습니다.
세심하게 구급상자가 비치해주신 덕분에 살짝 다친 상처 응급처치도 할 수 있었어요.
주차 공간의 경우 저희는 대중교통을 이용해서 관계가 없었지만,
주차 공간이 넉넉해서 자차 이용하시는 분들께도 주차 걱정이 없어서 정말 좋을 것 같아요!
