House rules

1. The accommodation and building are non-smoking areas. Please smoke outside the building.
2. If additional people visit or check in, you may be asked to leave without a refund or be charged an additional fee.
→ The basic reservation is for up to 4 people including infants and toddlers, and up to 6 people can be reserved. (For more than 4 people, an additional 20,000 won per person will be charged.)
3. If you damage, steal, or break any of the accommodation's supplies, you may be subject to legal action and full compensation for the cost of repurchasing.
4. Please use the induction stove on the veranda to cook dishes with strong smoke/odor [barbecue, fish, fermented soybean paste stew, etc.]. Ventilation is essential.
※ No eating fermented skate (If the smell is strong inside, a cleaning fee may be charged.)
5. Pets such as dogs and cats are not allowed in the accommodation.
6. Minors and mixed-gender people are not allowed to stay in the accommodation.
7. When checking out, please separate and dispose of trash, and turn off all electricity except for the air conditioner and boiler.
