House Rule

1. You cannot report your move-in.

2. If the fee is excessively high, you may be charged an additional fee.

3. You cannot cook food that produces a lot of smoke, such as grilled fish or pork belly. The fire alarm will sound.

4. Please refrain from eating food that produces a lot of smell, such as fermented skate, grilled fish, and fermented soybean paste stew. Also, you must absolutely refrain from smoking.

If the wallpaper smells like food or cigarette smoke and it doesn't come off, you will have to repaint it, but the ceiling is high, so it will cost much more than 1 million won.
Since you will be charged for the painting fee, please... . Please refrain from smoking and excessive food smell.
(Please use the rooftop and the first floor for smoking.)

5. Please be careful not to let your pet damage appliances, furniture, etc. You may be charged additional fees for damaged items.

6. Basic tidying and cleaning are mandatory when you move out. Please use it cleanly.

7. Items set up upon check-in are valuable assets of Changwon View. Please return them to their original locations.
Lost items may incur additional charges.
