This accommodation is a short-term rental accommodation for those staying for a month. Please note that according to the short-term rental accommodation regulations, bathroom amenities, towels, toilet paper, etc. are not provided. It is a newly built apartment building on the 5th floor in Aewol Gonae-ri with a view of the Aewol sea. There is a bus stop to the airport right in front of the accommodation, and there are two convenience stores right nearby. Aewol Hanaro Mart and Daiso are a 2-3 minute drive away. There is a gym, library, and playground within a 5-minute walk. Gonae Port is about a 7-minute walk away, and you can walk along the Aewol coastal road, making it the optimal location for a one-month stay. It is a quiet, Jeju-like neighborhood, and there are 8 electric vehicle charging stations and a 1st floor front door lock, making it a very safe accommodation.
