- It is a harmonious reinterpretation of Korea's old jade with vivid wood grains from a modern perspective. Meet the elegant yet sensuous space.

- It has excellent transportation to go anywhere, such as Gwangalli and Seomyeon, and at the same time, it is a very peaceful place to talk or sleep well.

- It is equipped with excellent quality furniture, not just pictures. In particular, hotel-class high-quality mattresses provide a comfortable night's sleep. Of course, I chose bedding and sofas one by one.

- Up to four people can use only 10,000 bedrooms (2 queens, 2 bedrooms non-open), and up to six people can use both bedrooms 1 and 2 (three queens). Seven to eight people provide additional toppers and bedding in the attic and nine or more people in the living room.

- You can enjoy Netflix for free in your living room and attic (simultaneous playback is not possible)

- Enjoy romantic home-camping in the attic. Enjoying movies and listening to music with your 4K beam projector, every moment will be a precious memory. Unlike other houses, the attic also has air conditioning and heating.

- The old house is usually a sink shower unit in a very small space, and hot water doesn't come out well because it uses a water tank. However, our accommodation has a large modern bathroom with separate shower space (180 cm in floor height) and hot water comes out very well.

- We have the latest air conditioners, washing machines and dryers, as well as air purifiers, dehumidifiers, wireless vacuums, and mini vacuums.

- We are receiving pest quarantine management every month through Cesco(Korea No.1 insect control company).

- CCTV is installed in front of the front door for safety and confirmation of the number of people.

- We provide carrier storage service. (from 12:00 to 16:00)

- It's on the third floor, but it's not very high and the stairs are wide, so it's not hard to go up and down. Since you live alone in the building, you can stay and go freely in the noise between floors.

- [At HOME] welcomes family trips. But the beds are high and there are many fragile items. Please pay special attention to the safety of your children's friends.

- Parking: Please let me know if you need parking. We will let you know the designated parking place for free. (1 car, 1 minute on foot / additional parking is 4,700 won per day)

- Check-in at 16 o'clock, check-out at 12 o'clock
Please be on time. I am spending a lot of time cleaning.

- Smoking is prohibited at all times. Never in a building, as well as in an accommodation. (Exit without refund when smoking, including smoke detectors, electronic cigarettes, etc.)

- Please close the windows after 10 p.m. and chat quietly. (Our accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood. If you'd like a party, I'd recommend a high street neighborhood.)

- Furniture and beds are not allowed to be moved. Beds, in particular, should never be moved. (The floorboards will be damaged and will be charged accordingly.)

- No accommodation or visits more than the reserved number of people will be allowed and will be charged as much as the number of people. (Check every time)

[Attic and bedroom (home camping movie theater)]
- 4K beam projector (Netflix free), 100-inch large screen, latest air conditioner
(If there are a lot of people, the table will be removed and used as a bedroom.)

[The kitchen]
- Refrigerator, induction, microwave, electric pot, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc
- mugs, beer cups, soju cups, wine glasses, etc
(Cooking is prohibited for foods that smell a lot, such as pork belly and spicy fish soup. / There is no water purifier, so please prepare water to drink separately.)

[Bathroom]
- a thick 40s Komasa hotel towel
- Two types of hair combs, cotton swabs, hair ties, and hair rolls
- Shampoo, conditioner, body shower, hand wash, face wash, hand lotion (toothbrush toothpaste not provided)
