* If there are 3 or more guests out of the maximum 6 people, use Bedroom 1. If there are 2 people, use Bedroom 2. If there are 4 or more people, use Bedroom 1 and 2
* Luggage storage is available inside the 1st floor entrance.
* For safety reasons, access to the rooftop via the stairs in the accommodation is prohibited.

Stay Ria is an accommodation officially registered as a foreign tourist city lodging business.
Legal accommodation for foreigners is available at 'Wehome'.
Please enter the 'accommodation number' on the Wehome homepage and make a reservation.
1. Check-in 16:00. Check-out 11:00 (Please inquire in advance for early check-in or late check-out)
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. The entire building is a non-smoking area. (If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to leave and charged 200,000 won.)
4. 2 people can use a single bed in bedroom 2, and 4 or more people can use bedroom 1. (If you add bedroom 1 or bedroom 2 without asking, you will be charged a laundry fee.)
5. No eating on the bed, sofa, and rug.
(If bedding, sofa, and rug are contaminated with food, cosmetics, oil, etc., a laundry fee will be charged.)
6. Simple cooking is allowed. Cooking with a lot of oil or smelly food is not allowed.
7. Do not throw foreign substances such as feminine products or food waste into the toilet. (Construction costs will be charged in case of clogged pipes)
8. If the bedding and walls are contaminated with dye, food, oil, etc., cleaning costs and compensation costs will be charged.
9. Since this is a residential area, excessive drinking or noise is prohibited after 9 PM (if complaints arise, immediate eviction without refund)
10. Please put your laundry in the laundry collection box in front of the bathroom.
11. Please separate your waste in the collection box on the stairs at the entrance.
12. We provide general waste (white bag) and food waste (purple bag), which are located in the sink on the lower right side of the kitchen.
13. For food waste, please remove the strainer in the sink drain, put it in a garbage bag (purple), and put it in the bin under the sink, and leave it next to the recycling bin on the first floor.
14. All items in the accommodation must be recorded with photos, and compensation for damages will be claimed in case of theft or damage.
15. You must not wear shoes inside the room. Please use indoor slippers, but only use them inside. 16. Please send a confirmation message after check-out.

18. Furniture and objects in the accommodation cannot be moved.
* CCTV is in operation outside for security and safety. Please only allow the number of people who have made a reservation to enter.
* If you damage or contaminate any furniture, bedding, wallpaper, flooring, towels, etc. in the accommodation, you will be charged for damages.
* This is a precious space that the host diligently manages and cleans with gratitude to welcome guests.
