This is a private accommodation that exudes warmth and sophistication, making it a great place for families/lovers/friends to stay and create fun and special memories.
It is located a 4-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station, making it convenient for traveling to Seoul's tourist attractions.
There are Lotte Mart, Olive Young, Yeonseo Traditional Market, and many convenience stores nearby, making it great for shopping.

* If there are 3 or more guests out of the maximum 6 people, use Bedroom 1. If there are 2 people, use Bedroom 2. If there are 4 or more people, use Bedroom 1 and 2

* Luggage storage is available inside the 1st floor entrance.
* For safety reasons, access to the rooftop via the stairs in the accommodation is prohibited.

6. Simple cooking is allowed. Cooking with a lot of oil or smelly food is not allowed.
7. Do not throw foreign substances such as feminine products or food waste into the toilet. (Construction costs will be charged in case of clogged pipes)
8. If the bedding and walls are contaminated with dye, food, oil, etc., cleaning costs and compensation costs will be charged.
9. Since this is a residential area, excessive drinking or noise is prohibited after 9 PM (if complaints arise, immediate eviction without refund)
10. Please put your laundry in the laundry collection box in front of the bathroom.
11. Please separate your waste in the collection box on the stairs at the entrance.
12. We provide general waste (white bag) and food waste (purple bag), which are located in the sink on the lower right side of the kitchen.
13. For food waste, please remove the strainer in the sink drain, put it in a garbage bag (purple), and put it in the bin under the sink, and leave it next to the recycling bin on the first floor.
14. All items in the accommodation must be recorded with photos, and compensation for damages will be claimed in case of theft or damage.
15. You must not wear shoes inside the room. Please use indoor slippers, but only use them inside. 16. Please send a confirmation message after check-out.

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
