It is located a 7-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station and occupies the 3rd floor of a newly built building. It is located 3 seconds away from Yeontral Park. We provide food and beverages to all guests who write reviews. We will also greet you with our dog, "Apple Pie," and provide you with recommendations for delicious restaurants and discount information.

House Rule

- In case of noise, the first is a warning, the second is a check-out. Please note that the upper and lower floors are residential spaces. Please make reservations only for guests who will use it quietly and cleanly.


- If you spill something on the dining table, sofa please wipe it up as soon as possible.


- Be careful when using the bathroom as the floor may be slippery.


- Gaming and controller, be sure to wipe the used part or sweaty area with a wet tissue.


- When using TV streaming and game services, use the guest account and log out when finished.


- Eating/drinking is prohibited in the bedroom (water is allowed, but ionic and alcohol beverages are not). If the beddings are damaged from beverages or food, 100% of the claim for damages are made.


- Self-catering is possible. However, grilling meat, cooking fish, or cooking with strong odors that may leave the space smelly is prohibited. When cooking, be sure to turn on the kitchen hood as much as possible during and before and after cooking. Also, after cooking, open windows, close insect screens, and ventilate the house.


- If you do not wash the dishes and clean up, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. ₩5,000 each (please clean as soon as possible)


- Extended check-out is possible, but additional charges apply. (1 hour: ₩35,000) up to 2 hours max.


- Parking is the same as the usage rules. (Available only on weekends, on weekdays, parking is available in the building for ₩20,000). Please let us know in advance if you want a parking space.


- Long-term guests cannot receive a refund for stays of more than 2days, simple change of mind one day after the stay, or cancellation of the stay due to the guest's change of mind.

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
