Smoking is only allowed in the area where ashtrays are provided in front of the building. * We always thoroughly change and disinfect bedding after guests check out. * We do not provide bottled water. Please prepare as much as you need. * Bedding design may change due to laundry. * It is a semi-basement space without an elevator and has 6 stairs. Please refrain from making a reservation if you have difficulty moving. * Parking is not available in the building. You must use a nearby public parking lot. (Ungubi public parking lot - 2 minutes on foot) * There is a CCTV at the entrance for security and to check the number of guests.
