Check-In: After 4 PM Check-Out: Before 11 AM <Cleanup> - General waste: Please put it in the trash can under the living room table, or put it in a bag and put it in one place! - Recycling: Please leave it on the left side of the first floor entrance when you check out. - Food waste: Please put it in the white food waste bin under the sink! ⚠️ Precautions for using the accommodation ⚠️ ⭐️ No noise and parties: Please be mindful of noise in both rooms and hallways. Manner time is from 9 PM to 9 AM. If a complaint is made, you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund. ⭐️ If the number of people exceeds the number of people and garden in advance when confirmed by outdoor CCTV, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Please let us know in advance for additional people, including simple visitors. An additional 20,000 won will be charged per additional person. ⭐️ Check-out time: Please check out by 11 AM for the next guest. The cleaning staff is scheduled to visit at 11:10, so if the check-out time is delayed, an additional fee will be charged (30,000 won per 30 minutes). Please request late check-out in advance. 10,000 won per hour will be charged. ✦ Bedding setting: Bedding will be prepared according to the number of people reserved. Please keep this in mind when using the accommodation. ✦ Please take off your shoes indoors. Indoor slippers are provided. ✦ Do not throw wet tissues or food in the toilet. ✦ In case of damage to property: Compensation will be claimed for any damage or destruction of all property in the accommodation. ✦ Be careful of bedding and sofa contamination: If the bedding and sofa are contaminated with food, cosmetics, etc., a laundry fee may be charged. Caution when cooking food: Simple cooking is allowed, but food with strong odors and smoke (e.g. grilled meat, mala-tang, etc.) is prohibited. ✦ No smoking indoors: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited indoors. (There is a smoke detector in the accommodation. A fine of 300,000 won will be imposed for violation.) ✦ No pets allowed. ✦ Please dispose of food waste in the bin under the sink. Please wash used dishes. ✦ Washer and dryer: Only available to guests staying 5 nights or more.
