최근에 숙소를 이용했던 방문객입니다
숙소를 이용하며 몇가지 불편했던점을 남깁니다 우선 주차 공간이 매우 협소합니다(차가 다 긁힐정도) 이 점에 대해서 호스트님께 말했더니 그냥 주변에 유도리 있게 대라 공영 주자창을 이용해라 라고만 하셨습니다 하지만 주변주차는 불법주차였고 견인 지역이였습니다 공영주차장은 숙소와 걸어서 거리가 조금 있어 짐이 많아 사용하기 어려웠구요
그리고 또 다른점은 놀러온 공간에서 호스트님의 계속되는 연락에 여행을 온전히 즐기지 못한점인데요 사전에 이용수칙을 보내주시긴 했지만 놀러왔는데 밤 9시부터 조용히 하라는 내용과 경고 조치 없이 퇴실 당할수 있다는 내용이였습니다 그리고 찾아오신다는 연락도 없이 저희 숙소를 찾아오시고 경고 하시고 가셔서 저희 입장에선 매우 당황스러웠고요 많은 숙소를 다니면서 이런 경험은 처음이였습니다 이때 오시고 저희가 잔잔한 노래 튼걸로도 노래도 꺼달라고 요청하시면서 놀러오려고 오는 숙소인데 매우 조용히를 강조하셨습니다
그리고 여기 물품인 수건을 저희쪽에서 와인 닦는거에 사용을 하였는데요 호스트님께서 저에게 연락이 오시면서 수건을 다시 사용할수 없으니 보증금 5만원은 돌려드릴수 없다 화가 많이 난다 이런식으로 연락이 왔습니다 저희쪽 입장에선 수건은 충분히 보상해드릴 마음이였는데 바로 고성방가와 수건으로 인해 보증금은 못돌려드린다 라고 통보만 하시니 매우 당황스럽고 돈을 내고 온 손님 입장으로 불쾌했습니다 정말 많은 에어비앤비와 윗홈을 사용하며 이런 경우는 처음이였고 호스트가 게스트에게 이런식으로 대하는 경우도 처음봤습니다 이런점들로 인해 이 글을 남깁니다Jan 2025 -

천호역과 가까워서 이동이 편했습니다.
숙소 내부는 상당히 아늑하고 따뜻하게 잘 지냈습니다. 호스트분의 아늑한 공간을 위한 여러 센스들이 잘 드러났습니다. 질의 응답 또한 신속하게 응대해주셔서 불편함이 없었습니다. 다음에 또 근처에 온다면 꼭 다시 오고싶은 숙소였습니다.Dec 2024 -

너무 잘 있다가 가요! 사실 숙소에 대한 걱정이 많았는데 처음에 입구만 헷갈리는 거 제외하고는 안에 인테리어도 너무 예쁘게 잘 되어있었고 모든 게 좋았어요! 친구랑 편하게 있다가 갈 수 있었어요 들어가자마자 친구도 너무 예약 잘했다고 좋아했고 근처에 편의점도 있어서 너무 편했어요 다음에 또 서울에 숙소 잡게 된다면 또 올게요 호스트님도 너무 친절하셔서 편하게 있다가 갑니당!
