House Rule

1. A fine (penalty) of 300,000 won will be imposed if you smoke in a non-smoking building. (Including electronic cigarettes) An alarm will sound when smog is recognized and a report will be automatically received. 2. Cozy Bay is located on the 1st floor. Please do not go up to the 2nd floor as it is another accommodation. 3. Always close the screen. Bugs may enter as it is a single-family house. 4. Indoor shoes/pets are not allowed. 5. Simple cooking is possible, but please refrain from eating food with strong odors for the next guests. 6. This is a accommodation operated in a quiet residential area, so please be careful of loud noises after 9 PM. 7. Additional charges may apply for all items in the accommodation if they are broken or contaminated.
