Please contact us.) * Free weekend parking (Free parking after 1 PM on Saturdays/Paid parking in the public parking lot in front on weekdays) * 2 rooms (1 bed. Extra bedding provided) * 1 bathroom * 1 living room * 1 kitchen * Many restaurants on the first floor, many delivery restaurants nearby. * No parties, events, or smoking (No alcohol, no e-cigarettes) - Smart TV (Netflix, Disney, etc. can all be watched) - Slippers - Frying pan - Refrigerator - Microwave - Washing machine - Curtains - Toilet paper - Hair dryer, comb, towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - Magic fan No pets There is a CCTV in front of the door. No sneaking in. The interior has been renovated. Please help me. We do not provide a cell phone charger because there are so many lost ones. Please make sure to bring it with you. Long term Firm (28 nights or more): Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in

-It will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
-If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights.
