No parties or noise - The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. - Loud noise, parties, and unauthorized visitors are not allowed. - Please be quiet after 10 PM. ? 4. Visitor restrictions - Only registered guests are allowed to enter the accommodation. - Visitors from outside such as friends and family are not allowed. ? 5. Check-in & check-out - Check-in: After 3 PM (You must share your expected arrival time in advance) - Check-out: By 11 AM - When checking out, please close the door and make sure it automatically locks. ? 6. Maintain cleanliness - The accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after check-out. - Please put used items back in their original places. - If the accommodation is severely dirty, additional cleaning fees may apply. ? 7. Accommodation security and safety - When going out, make sure to check that the door is locked. - Please turn off the electricity and gas after using. ? 8.
