If violated, a room cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged, and the district office may contact you directly to claim the fine. ⚠️ Please avoid smelly food. (Stew, steak, curry, etc.) ⚠️ Please be careful of loud noises after 10 PM as the space between neighboring units is close. - Compensation may be required for damage/destruction of internal facilities. - Pets are not allowed. Management fees have been high due to the recent skyrocketing cost of heating and cooling ㅜㅜ Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner when you go out.
