Here are some tips to help you use our accommodation more efficiently!! 1. Make the most of the accommodation space ✅ Private space: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry room ✅ Use of the living room & common space: Netflix, YouTube, etc. are provided, so you can watch movies or play games together. ✅ Use of the kitchen: There are dishes for 8 people, so group travelers can cook together and have fun. A toaster and electric kettle are also provided, so you can prepare simple dishes. ✅ Room assignment tips: There are double, triple, and double rooms, so it is more convenient to decide in advance who will sleep where. 2. Feel the charm of Jeongneung-dong ✅ Bukhansan Mountain and Jeongneungcheon Stream: Jeongneung-dong is close to Bukhansan National Park, so it has great natural scenery. There is also Jeongneungcheon Stream that runs through the neighborhood, which is famous as a good course for walking or cycling. ✅ Jeongneung (貞陵): This is where the tomb of Queen Sindeok, the second wife of King Taejo of Joseon Dynasty, is located. It is one of the Joseon royal tombs registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and you can feel the historical value in a quiet atmosphere. 3. Balance: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 14 days before check-in

-If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights.
