1. Check-in Check-out
- Check-in: After 3 p.m
- Check out: Until 11 a.m. (Please be punctual.)

2. a smoking cessation guide
- It is absolute smoke-free indoors and in buildings.

3. No Party / No Noise
- Please refrain from parties, loud voices, or excessive use of sound equipment
- Please keep a quiet atmosphere after 10 p.m.

4. Access to pets
- Pet access is restricted. Please understand.

5. Use of facilities and equipment
- Please arrange it in place after using it, and please let me know if it breaks down or loses it
- Make sure to turn off the gas, electricity, and air conditioner when you go out.

6. disposal of garbage
- Please separate general/recyclable waste. (However, put food in a yellow trash bag.)
- The recycling bin is next to the refrigerator

5. in case of emergency
- In case of fire or emergency, please contact 119 and let me know right away.
