Description
★The basic price is for one person, and there is an additional charge for additional people. The room you will actually stay in will be randomly assigned based on the reservation date among rooms similar to the sample photo above. The options included in all rooms are the same, but there may be slight differences in floors and window directions for each room. Depending on the random assignment of rooms, bed conditions may vary, including single beds and bunk beds.★
This is a studio apartment located 10 minutes away from Noryangjin Station. It is also very close to Noryangjin Gosichon Food Street, so you can tour cheap and delicious restaurants nearby. Noryangjin Station (Line 1) and Nodeul Station (Line 9) are nearby, so transportation is very convenient.
Check-in is possible after 15:00, but if you wish to check-in earlier, an additional fee will be charged. On the day of check-out after your stay, please clean up your room and leave by 11 a.m. After checking out, please send a text message to the host informing you that you have checked out.

1. 소란 금지 No disturbance
주의사항은 공부를 하고 있는 학생들이 거주하는 건물이므로 방 안에서는 소란금지이고 건물 내에서는 꼭 정숙해주세요!!! 절대 호실 안에서 음주와 흡연 및 소란행위는 금지됩니다.
Please note that since this is a building where studying students live, no noise is allowed in the rooms, and please be quiet inside the building!!! Drinking, smoking, and making noise are strictly prohibited in the room.
2. 사용 인원 및 애완동물 Number of users and pets
예약하신 본인 외 추가 인원이 동반될 경우 추가 비용을 지불해야하며 애완동물은 절대 출입금지입니다.
If additional people other than the person who made the reservation are accompanying you, you must pay an additional fee, and pets are absolutely not allowed.
3. 사용 가능한 공간 및 시설 Available space and facilities
개인룸 안에 개인용 주방과 싱크대, 책상, 침대, 옷장, 화장실, 샤워실 등 모든 편의시설이 있어 혼자 편리하게 방을 사용하기에 부족함이 없습니다. 물건 및 옵션을 파손 없이 사용하셔야 하며, 옵션에 오염 및 파손이 발생될 경우 손해배상 하셔야 합니다.
The private room has all the amenities, including a private kitchen, sink, desk, bed, wardrobe, toilet, and shower, so you can comfortably use the room alone. Items and options must be used without damage, and damages must be compensated if contamination or damage occurs to the options.
4. 세탁 laundry
거주하시는 동안 빨래는 직접 세탁하며 사용하시면 되고 세탁세제는 직접 구매합니다. 세탁기 사용법은 아래 동영상을 참고하세요.

개인룸에서 외출 시 에어컨, 세탁기, 전자렌지, 인덕션 등 전자제품의 전원을 꼭 모두 차단해주세요.
