3. No parking space. Recommended to use Gwangnaru Hangang Park Parking Lot 1 (10-minute walk). 1,000 won for the first 30 minutes / up to 10,000 won per day.
4. Be careful of noise after 9 PM. If there is a complaint, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
5. There is a possibility of bugs entering due to the nature of the old building → Although quarantine has been completed, there is a possibility of bugs entering from outside.
6. Commercial filming requires prior consultation.
7. ⚠️ We are not responsible for loss or accident of valuables.
8. Notification of installation of external CCTV / No use other than reserved number of people
CCTV for security is installed outside the door, and it is used only for security and confirmation of the number of reservations.
