◆Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please smoke on the rooftop or outside the first floor of the building. Also, please refrain from cooking or eating fish or food with strong odors indoors, and pets are not allowed indoors. (Damage to furniture wallpaper and contamination due to marking territory) ***In the event of violation of the above, a special cleaning fee of 500,000 won will be charged to remove odor and contamination.*** ◆Minor breakages and damages may be compensated by insurance, so please contact us immediately if breakages or damages occur. Please note that if discovered later, the guest may be charged the full amount due to non-coverage by insurance. ◆Please be careful not to cause complaints to neighbors regarding noise. ◆Please purchase separate collection and general trash bags directly from the convenience store next to the alley and dispose of them next to the utility pole in front of the parking lot. ◆ Free parking for 1 vehicle in the building (However, parking is on a first-come, first-served basis after indicating on the parking management ticket) ◆ Items to bring: Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, soap, personal comb, etc.), personal bedding (blanket, pillow, towel), toilet paper, kitchen towel, and consumable disposable items **Since disposable items or personal toiletries and bedding (including towels) are not considered accommodations, providing them free of charge or providing them is illegal under the current law. Some people are reluctant to do so for sanitary reasons, and it is also difficult to provide them legally, so please bring your own or purchase them at a mart. (When purchasing through Coupang, a duvet pad set is about 50,000 won and a set of two pillows is about 10,000 won) **Please note that in case of violation of the accommodation operation policy such as indoor smoking, noise, and unauthorized pets that may cause inconvenience to neighbors, the contract will be terminated without a refund of the usage fee and the deposit will not be refunded.
