▪️No smoking (no smoking inside the accommodation, inside the building, stairs, or entrance!) ▪️No pets ▪️Only simple cooking is allowed. Please refrain from cooking food with strong odors. ▪️Located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise after 9 PM. If any complaints arise, you may be asked to leave without a refund. ▪️Please take off your shoes in the accommodation. ▪️No parties in the accommodation ▪️Please notify the host if any items are contaminated or damaged. ▪️No guests or visitors are allowed to stay or visit other than the number of people reserved. (The number of people reserved includes visitors.) ▪️We regularly perform pest control through a professional company. However, due to the nature of old houses, it is difficult to completely block all bugs. Please keep the accommodation clean to maintain the insect repellent effect. ▪️There is no parking space (use a nearby public parking lot/only card payments are accepted) ▪️This accommodation is not responsible for safety accidents or lost items caused by carelessness. ▪️Please throw away food waste in the white food waste bin in the kitchen. ▪️Do not flush anything other than wet tissues, sanitary pads, and food waste down the toilet. The plumbing in old houses in Korea is narrow, which can cause problems. You will be charged if a problem occurs. ▪️For long-term stays, room cleaning service is provided by coordinating the schedule. (It takes about 2-3 hours to clean the room, and an additional cost of 25,000 won is charged if you request a change of bedding.) ▪️If the energy usage fee (gas/electricity/water) is excessively high compared to the average for the past 3 months, the excess cost may be charged.
