• Damage to the property or stains on bedding may incur additional charges
• Please refrain from cooking foods that create strong odors or smoke (e.g., grilled fish, pork belly)
• Trash separation is required: general / recycling / food waste — please dispose in the designated area
• For long-term stays, no mid-stay cleaning service is provided; guests are asked to tidy up themselves
House Rule
✓ Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM. If a complaint is received, you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
✓ Pets are not allowed.
✓ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, including electronic cigarettes. A fine of 300,000 KRW will be charged for any violation.
✓ Charges may apply for damage to the facilities or stains on bedding.
✓ Please separate your trash into general, recyclable, and food waste, and dispose of them in the designated area.
✓ For long-term stays, please note that no cleaning service will be provided during your stay.
