✅️This space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. For groups of 5, we provide mats. (Please note that the space may be a bit cramped.)
Living Room/Kitchen: Refrigerator, gas range, cooking utensils, etc.
Room 1 (Dining Room): Dining table, TV, microwave, air conditioner, coffee pot, full-length mirror, etc.
Room 2 (Bedroom): 2 queen-size beds, air conditioner, vanity, dehumidifier, etc.
Bathroom: Body dryer (hair dryer available), heater, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.
Towels provided: 2 per person + @

All spaces are available, but damage to walls, such as balloons or adhesive tape, will incur repair costs.
A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for pets.
✅️ While there is no washer/dryer, there is a laundry room just 1 minute away. Guests staying 3 days or more will receive a free dry sheet.
✅️ Cleaning will be done after 2:00 PM, so please be sure to check out on time.
Please let us know in advance if you would like a late check-out. (10,000 KRW per hour)
✅️ CCTV is installed outside for guest safety and to monitor entry and exit.

‼️ Please remove your shoes indoors. Please wear the provided indoor slippers.
‼️ Please refrain from making loud noises after 9:00 PM for the sake of the neighbors who live in the residential alley. Any complaints may result in eviction without refund.
‼️ Although we conduct regular disinfection and install bug repellents, bugs may still enter the building due to the nature of the property. For a pleasant stay, please keep doors closed to prevent them from entering.
‼️ Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the building. A 100,000 KRW cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke.
‼️ Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors (such as pork belly, mala-tang, and squid). We appreciate your understanding as this may interfere with the next guest's stay.
‼️ Upon check-out: Please wash used dishes and separate recyclable trash.
‼️ Pets are not allowed.
‼️ Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
‼️ Please be careful not to contaminate bedding and towels. A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed, such as those caused by dyeing or makeup.
‼️Please treat the host's space with respect. You will be responsible for any damage to property.
