All smoking areas in the building and accommodations are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.
- We ask for your cooperation to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

The accommodations are located on the second floor. Please remove your shoes upon entering.

Pets are not allowed.

Unaccompanied minors will be asked to leave without a refund. Please notify us in advance if you will be accompanied by a guardian.
- Minors are not permitted to stay alone due to accommodation regulations.

Since the accommodations are located in a quiet residential area, please refrain from making loud noises or using washing machines, vacuum cleaners, etc. after 10 PM. - Please note that if neighboring units complain about noise, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Simple cooking is permitted, but cooking that generates significant odors, such as grilled fish, fish dishes (fishy smells and fish waste), stews, pork belly, or barbecue, is prohibited.

- Please be considerate of the next guest.

- You will be responsible for compensating for any loss or damage to any items (furniture, small items, fixtures, etc.) within the accommodations at the original purchase price.

- Separate charges will apply for any lost or damaged furniture or items within the accommodations. For any stains that cannot be removed from bedding, curtains, towels, or carpets, a special cleaning fee will be charged.
- Please use all items with care.

- Absolutely no dyeing/bleaching/perming!

- Never flush toilet paper, wet wipes, feminine products, or food in the toilet!
- Do not flush food waste into the sink. - Repair fees may apply for clogs caused by sanitary products, wet wipes, food, etc. in the toilet, or clogs caused by vomit or foreign objects in the sink.

We do not accept reservations for parties, events, or filming.
