The ultimate in accessibility: Seoul's major attractions, such as Gocheok Speedome (22 minutes), Gwanghwamun Station (35 minutes), Hongik University Entrance (18 minutes), and Gangnam Station (20 minutes), can be reached quickly by train.
Large family/group of 7 people: 3 rooms, 3 queen beds and even a single sofa bed! There is plenty of space to unfold your suitcase.

Recommended number of people: 6 people (maximum 7 people).

20,000 won per day when using an additional room for 3 or more people
1 to 2 people: 1 room access
3 to 4 people: 2 rooms available
For 5 or more people: 3 rooms available
Living room: large dining table for 6 people and equipped with 7 chairs

Airport transfer: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by Incheon Airport bus (No. 6017)
Subway: 10 minutes walk from Sindaebang Station on Line 2 (travel to flat areas)
Main attractions: Gocheok Sky Dome (22 minutes) Hongik University entrance (18 minutes), Gangnam Station (20 minutes), Yeouido (22 minutes), Jamsil (32 minutes), Myeongdong (34 minutes)
✨ Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3 pm
Check-out: until 11 am
Luggage storage service: before check-in (from 12 pm) / after check-out (until 2 pm).
Early check-in/late check-out costs 20,000 won per hour, so please inquire in advance.
⚠️ Rules of use (must read)
Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am (no shouting or parties for neighbors)
If a complaint is reported, forced exit and no refund are possible
Non-smoking area: Absolutely no smoking in the accommodation (including electronic cigarettes, fine of 300,000 won for violation)
Maintain cleanliness: Do not eat or dye bedding (laundry fees will be charged in case of contamination)
Security: Installation of CCTV outside the entrance (for crime prevention and personnel verification)
*No one other than the reserved number of people can enter or stay.
Parking: No parking allowed. Please use Sindaebang Station or the surrounding public parking lot.
Other: 2.5 floors without elevator.
Quarantine: We regularly quarantine through professional quarantine companies
