I'm writing a review of my stay that's been almost a year. I was born outside of Seoul and have lived abroad for a long time, so I didn't know the geography of Seoul and just made a reservation after seeing the photos. Before making a reservation, I asked the host about things I was curious about, and he answered me quickly and sincerely, which made the decision easier. Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station was within walking distance, and the recyclable waste generated during our stay was immediately cleaned up without any inconvenience. The accommodation is located in a residential area, so it was quiet and nice. I have a son and daughter, and it was nice that there were two bathrooms. After seeing my friend, I will tell you later. While living in Israel, a war broke out and they were temporarily evacuated to Korea, where a family of four, including two elementary school children, stayed for over a month.
Both the facilities and location here far exceed expectations, making it difficult to list the advantages one by one, and I would like to especially thank the host for his tremendous consideration.
Check-in/check-out time was also well taken care of, and I was worried because I had a lot of luggage when moving from another accommodation, but the host came to check-in/out in person and moved my luggage by car.
This is a single-family home-type accommodation with a pretty yard. It was remodeled and felt like a new house, and even in the extreme cold of -15 degrees Celsius, it came out warm and hot. There were two bathrooms, so families could use them comfortably. I was especially satisfied with the fact that there were four beds, so the kids could have their own beds, and I had a great time jumping rope in the yard.
The host even provided snacks for the children from time to time, and even the smallest items needed for cooking/cleaning were provided.
I had a hard time leaving my home in Israel and moving to Korea in a hurry, but I was able to have a stable and happy time at this accommodation. If I have the opportunity to visit Korea in the future, I definitely want to stay at this accommodation again.

I stayed for 7 days for quarantine after entering overseas. On the first day, I arrived in the evening due to a flight delay, so dinner was ambiguous, but he knew in advance and even prepared a simple meal! In addition, individual toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower towels, and even snacks were prepared, so there was no need for quarantine supplies. It was really convenient because they even helped me visit the public health center, and they emptied out the trash every day, so I had a clean and comfortable stay!! I'm very satisfied. I really recommend it, especially for smokers, because you can smoke comfortably in the yard! There is no washing machine, no smell, and it is properly maintained. I made a reservation because of my father who came from overseas, and my father was comfortable with the kindness and consideration of explaining things kindly and thoroughly, and my family was able to wait comfortably.

It is recommended as the best place not only for quarantine but also for long-term stays. .ᅵ I was able to get a glimpse of meticulousness and skill in the pre-prepared items and the organized state of the house. Seeing the attitude of actively responding to customer inconvenience, such as taking a quarantine taxi to a public health center that is difficult to walk to and from, taking the separated waste out of the yard almost every day, or buying allergy medication for guests, I can say without hesitation that I will choose this place if I have to quarantine next time I return home.

My wife and I said every day that it was a good thing we stayed at this accommodation. I was in quarantine, but I had a great time.
If you are a family with children, I recommend choosing it without hesitation. I was impressed that everything was provided so that I didn't need any additional household items. It was very clean and had all the windows in Bangmida, so it was nice to ventilate every day

Delivery almost arrived within 20 minutes, so there were a lot of disposable machines and a lot of separate waste, but there was a separate waste bin in the yard, so there was no inconvenience at all.
I was worried because the early morning delivery item was outside the door, but even after a few hours, the item was still there.
Since it was a house, I was most worried about the cold, but the whole house was so warm and the bathroom wasn't cold, so I didn't have to worry about the kids showering every day. It snowed twice, and it was nice to be able to make great memories for the children by playing in the yard with lots of snow.

A family of four stayed for over two weeks, including quarantine. It was so clean and well organized that it was comfortable the whole time. Because there was a yard, sometimes the kids could jump rope and cheat, so I didn't feel very frustrated. It was great to have all the necessary items carefully, and after quarantine, Times Square was close, so I often visited on foot. The host paid a lot of attention during my stay, was kind, and answered any questions I had right away, so I felt comfortable. It was the best host/best accommodation in every way and the kids said they would like to go again the next time they come to Korea.

Stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The explanation was very kind, and the house was very clean and well organized. It was less stuffy because there was a yard, so I was very grateful that they prepared lunch on the first day, and I was also grateful that they bought me the necessary items. I rested so well that I felt like it was my home for 4 days and 3 nights!

When I first came here, they prepared lunch, snacks, prepared a desk for the kids, and the bedding was clean, so I slept well for two weeks. I definitely want to use it again later

In February, I returned from abroad and used it as a self-isolation accommodation with my two children. Since it was a single-family home, I didn't have to worry about noise between floors, and since I had a small yard, I went out once a day and had fun jumping rope, doing national gymnastics, and playing ball. Market Curly, Baemin, and Coupang Rocket Delivery are all available, and there are many restaurants nearby that can deliver, and the host provided surprise snacks at least once, so there was no shortage. It's a shame that the quarantine is over(?) It was a good accommodation. I highly recommend it, especially if you are a family with young children!:-)

Despite Corona 19 pandemic, I was staying comfortably like my home. I never imagined that there would be such a nice house in the alley of Yeongdeungpo. The station is very close, and most of all, it is located near the downtown area with Times Square as the center, so all things to see, eat, and play are satisfying. The accommodation itself is satisfactory, so the kind host's courtesy and consideration is rather a bonus. If I had more time, I would've lived even longer here than two weeks. Best recommended!

It's an unstable time due to COVID-19, but I feel at home. I never imagined that there would be such a wonderful house in Yeongdeungpo Alley. The station is very close, and above all, it is located close to the downtown area centered around Times Square, so I am satisfied with all the things to see, eat, and do. I am satisfied with the accommodation itself, so the kindness and consideration of the friendly host is actually a bonus. If I had time, I would like to stay for at least another month instead of two weeks. Highly recommended!

Thanks to the kind help of the owner, I was able to comfortably spend two weeks of self-quarantine and two weeks of independent travel. It is a 3-minute walk to the subway at Yeongdeungpo Station, so transportation is very convenient. E-Mart, Lotte Department Store, and Shinsegae Department Store are close by, and there are many restaurants nearby, making shopping and dining enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare meals, and the atmosphere was nice with trendy furniture. Additionally, bathroom amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels were meticulously provided beyond the hotel standard, so it was easy to use. Coffee/tea, candy, and seasonings were also well prepared, so I used them well. I hope I plan to stay again next time...
