I used it for self-quarantine purposes. Since it was previously used as a guest house, we used both rooms on one floor for two teams. One room had a balcony, and we were given exclusive access to the rooftop upstairs, so we were able to live without feeling stuffy during the quarantine period. The location is across from Yeontral Park, so it is convenient and quiet. It's a good location for delivery, but I usually get ingredients delivered from the kitchen and cook them myself, and it was convenient because basic cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, and cups were provided. I was able to live a clean life during the quarantine period because they allowed me to freely use the washing machine. I stayed on the 4th floor, but I think you just need to keep in mind that all floors are connected by stairs and that there is an indoor elevator.
