The room is clean and the host is also friendly. The location was perfect. It was near Myeongdong Station, so it was easy to move anywhere.

Overall, I am satisfied and the location is excellent for transportation and daily life. I would not recommend it to anyone who is sensitive to just one type of noise. It seems like the soundproofing isn't very good. I don't know if it's the living room or the room next door that is adjacent to the main room, but the sound of people talking is a bit annoying. The house next door looked like a guest house, and the young men who rapped and sang and practiced their singing until early in the morning were amazing. Other than that, everything else was good. The host is also complimentary.

I think this is the best accommodation I have ever used (including 4-star hotels in Seoul). Since I was in quarantine after returning from a business trip, I thought it would be difficult to get a chance to stay at a place like this other than this, so I made a reservation here. (I have another business trip soon, so if the opportunity arises again, I am willing to use other accommodations owned by the guest.) Even if I stay alone for quarantine purposes, the house is so large (about 30 pyeong in size?) that it is nice not to feel stuffy. To use an analogy, you can think of staying in a clean and spacious newlywed home. There are a total of 5 beds, so those who are quarantined alone can sleep in different beds every day. In addition, the kitchen tableware was unique because it was from IKEA and LINE Friends brands, and the home appliances were all famous brands (Philips electric kettle, Philips TV, Electrolux microwave oven, LG washing machine, etc.), so it was memorable. Because it is located near Myeongdong Station, it is a somewhat specialized place for foreigners. When you turn on the TV, the BBC channel, which is difficult to find even in a 4-star hotel in Seoul, comes on, and there are also English guides (washing machines, etc.) and English tourist brochures. If there is a downside, it could be said that the house is too spacious and it is too comfortable to live in.

I used it for 14 nights and 15 days for self-quarantine purposes. First of all, the accommodation was very clean and had enough space, so I was able to rest really comfortably. It was also very well organized. If I have the chance next time, I would like to visit again.
