We stayed at this hotel to complete our quarantine after testing positive for Covid-19. We were surprised by how little information was available regarding quarantine regulations. For example, on the third day, when we asked if we could have breakfast delivered, we were told that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast but that we could go out to get takeaway food (while in quarantine)! It would have been helpful to know this on the first day!
The garbage bags were insufficient, and the labels on the white bags were misleading. Only on the last day, when we asked for more bags, were we informed about the purpose of each bag type.

It was not a pleasant experience to be notified on your arrival day in Seoul that you needed to stay in a quarantine hotel. Fortunately, MJ and Jimmy were very helpful and knowledgeable about the quarantine process. They were lifesavers in helping communicate and navigate the procedures. The hotel staff also made the stay as safe and convenient as possible. The hotel's location is very convenient, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it's close to many of Seoul's attractions.

Very nice place. I spent 1 week quarantine here. Everyone is kind, rooms are good, clean, and quiet. I couldn't expect a better experience. The staff make the difference. After quarantine, you can visit all the nice shops and restaurants around here. I will come again!

I stayed at the DH Naissance hotel for the 14-day mandatory quarantine. It could not have been a more pleasant stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and most importantly, the view over Seongbuk-gu was just outstanding! Thanks a lot for being very helpful during my stay: room service was delivered very quickly and the quality was exquisite! I highly recommend DH Naissance Hotel, and I look forward to booking it again!
