While studying abroad, I came here for a while on vacation and used it for 10 days in quarantine. The facilities are relatively clean and the owner is friendly.

It is equipped with a simple sink, kitchen, small freezer/refrigerator, microwave, personal toilet/shower/toilet, towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, pots, pans, tableware, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. If you send a text message to the owner through the home app above, we will contact you at any time. They try to communicate and solve problems.

The refrigerator is not far from the bed, so the cooling compressor is a bit noisy, so if you are sensitive, it may be a good idea to leave it on until morning at night. The heating is pretty good with central heating, and the shower water doesn't always come out hot, but if you take a break and wait, the hot water will come out for a while. It is understandable as the lowest and lowest price in Seoul is a great advantage.

There are well-established Sindorim Station markets, restaurants, and street vendors nearby, so if you are staying for work or travel after quarantine, there will be a lot of food at a low price.

During quarantine, the ceiling lights kept blinking, so they replaced them with LED lights. It was a bit difficult because the internet sometimes didn't work well on my Mac, but the owner tried hard to solve the problem by contacting KT several times and calling a driver.

If you do not have your own car, the nearest Corona Test Center is Sillim Sports Center, which is approximately a 40-minute walk away.
