On a warm, sunny day in March, I stayed at Mongyu while traveling in Seoul with my boyfriend! Mongyu, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, not far from the bustling food alley, is a place where you can rest comfortably no matter the season or time of day. I especially felt the host's sincerity and care in every detail..! From explanations of nearby infrastructure and information about Seoul to preparations for emergencies and even a description of the accommodation, I could tell that they put a lot of effort into making Mongyu comfortable for visitors. Mongyu, a great space for two people to stay together, was a great place for foreign tourists to feel Korean sentiment and culture! If I come again, I want to quietly heal at Mongyu from the time of check-in, have dinner at a nearby busy area, and then just rest at Mongyu again. It was so nice to be able to rest quietly. I want to visit again next time.

The accommodation is pretty, but the owner has a really nice heart. My boyfriend left something behind, and she looked for it two or three times and told me to be careful. I was really touched. ㅠㅠㅠ When my boyfriend went to look for it, she even had a red face and was cleaning. I think she did the same the day before we stayed. Thanks to that, we didn't see a single bug and had a really clean and comfortable stay. I drank the tea she prepared for us while it was still warm. The yakgwa and other snacks she prepared next to the tea set, and even cup ramen. The owner's sense really warmed my heart. ? The bedroom ceiling and kitchen detergent container were so cute..ㅎㅎ When I was watching TV, the curtains and the leaves of the large plant outside swaying were also healing. It's a warm accommodation filled with the owner's heart and sincerity?

It was such a happy one night~ It was a cozy and pleasant place, to the point where I felt like this kind of stay was almost unique in the middle of Seoul.

It feels like it's been a while since I had a warm time. It would have been nice if it had rained and I could have seen it in a more romantic way.. haha The timing was a bit disappointing, but I had a good rest ^^

I happened to have the opportunity to visit Mongyu, which had been on my mind since I stayed there last year, so I checked it out just in case, and it was available for reservation, so I took a break. It was great to be able to stay in such a good accommodation in Seoul at this price, and the friendly host was as friendly as ever.

It was a cute little Hanok house with a cozy atmosphere. I really felt the Seochon atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was inconvenient to have a separate bathroom outside. I was looking forward to the cypress bathtub, but the bathroom itself felt a bit stuffy so I didn't use it. It was nice that there were bathroom amenities and simple snacks. For the price, I don't think I would stay there again.

first! This was the accommodation my boyfriend found, but I was worried that the space might be a bit small! However, I thought it would be really nice to have a hanok, so I visited it in person after making a reservation and was more satisfied than I expected.?ㅎㅎ The moment you enter the yard, you can smell the fragrant natural scent, and it was a space full of the owner's taste with small props. Haha, I guess this was the space that made me realize that Hanok can be decorated so pretty and lovely! I was more than satisfied with both the bathroom interior and the cypress bathtub, and when I saw it in the evening, another charm was revealed and I was able to stay in a calm and sparkling accommodation. I think I will remember the night I sat looking out into the yard and chatting with my loved one for a long time! It's worth every penny, as the state-of-the-art appliances and old-fashioned home feel go well together. However, since I am someone who usually uses hard mattresses, this place has a hard mattress. However, the dishes were dirty. The bathtub was very nice. I had a good time.

This accommodation was more beautiful than the pictures, so my companion liked it and it gave us a wonderful experience of relaxing for a day. I could feel the host's delicate consideration from the prepared snacks and tea, as well as the comfortable scent throughout the accommodation, and especially the soft bed made me feel like all my travel fatigue was relieved. The surrounding environment has a lot to see, so I thought I would like to stay for at least 2-3 days next time and enjoy the healing in a hanok more. The environment inside the hanok was very clean, and everything I needed was provided, so I had a great time without any inconvenience!! The atmosphere was really nice and the cypress hinoki bathtub was really nice too!! I especially loved the quick response from the host and the fact that he took such good care of me, telling me to be careful because there were a lot of icy roads!! I want to go again ㅠㅠ

The host was very kind and the location was great as it was on the way to alleys with good restaurants. It was a private house so I had a very comfortable stay and I think I will remember it meaningfully. I was embarrassed that the bathroom was outside, but I was embarrassed. It was good, completely satisfied! I want to go again next time I have the chance!

It was so so good!! The location is good, and I could feel the attention to detail, such as food, amenities, soap, and hand cream, such as coffee and water jugs. I really regretted booking for just one day. Next time, I want to stay more than two nights. The scent at the accommodation was nice, and it was raining, so I was able to enjoy it tastefully! Needless to say, this is one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! As a frequent traveler, I think it's rare to find a place where minimalism is well represented, clean, and caters to the needs of guests. I don't have any points other than 5. I had a good stay. ^^

I can't attach a picture,, it's so sad,, the lodging was so nice ㅠ_ㅠ I have this but don't have this? There were a few things I wanted (wet tissue, curling iron, rubber gloves, etc.), charger, cleansing foam, and toothbrush! The feel of the toothbrush was so good that I wanted to take it, but I gave up because I was in a hurry! The host was so kind, so I had a happy overnight stay gun gun,, It was so cold every time I went to the bathroom, but it would be nice on a warm spring day. The house is so pretty. I'll come again next time I have a chance :)

I've used many lodgings in the meantime, but I don't think I've ever been this satisfied as much as Mongyu. photos and descriptions. I went with high expectations after reading the reviews, but this place exceeded my high expectations. It was especially nice because the atmosphere was nice, it was clean, and there were many props that showed off the host's thoughtfulness throughout. A comfortable hanok resting place in Seochon that looks like something out of Mongjudowondo. I felt the host's heart, such as carefully prepared cute props, welcome tea and snacks. It was a place where I could rest after a long time in the crowded city center. The cypress bathtub was also nice:)
