It was nice that it was close to the subway, and it was nice to spend time with three children. The interior is nice and the owner is friendly, so I had a nice trip^^

There was a leak in the house below, so I needed accommodation to stay during the construction period. It wasn't something I could easily find out about, I had to live a real life, and I needed a lot of time to stay, but I was really lucky to find this accommodation during the summer rainy season.!!!
There were places I stayed at earlier, but as I made reservations just by looking at the photos, there were some disappointments in terms of condition. I was worried about the fact that this accommodation was a semi-basement, so I only booked one night and extended it without hesitation.
It's hard to pick just one thing that I liked best
If I had to pick one for each space, first of all, I really like the pots in the kitchen. This is my first time seeing a pot of this quality in my accommodation. It's not a thin stainless steel pot that looks like it's going to burn. It's a thick, pretty stainless steel pot that doesn't matter if you leave it on the fire for a long time or hold the handle, and there are three types!! I wanted something like this, so I wrote down the brand to refer to when changing pots at home. The tableware is also pretty with cute colored ceramic dishes
There are so many types of cups. This is really touching and makes me feel so good about my unexpected wandering life~
The living area had a dehumidifier, air purifier, and air conditioner, and it was really comfortable. The previous places I stayed were apartments and villas, but even though it was semi-basement compared to the two places, it was far superior in terms of temperature and humidity.
I felt very much that the condition of the house is not a matter of such space, but a matter of management and consideration.
It was also great that there was a separate large dressing room. There is a large full-length mirror, and even if you were surprised to bring it, there is a hair dryer, curling iron, and everything
The room with a single bed has a bookshelf. It was my first time staying in an accommodation with books on it. I don't even have a book at home... They are all clean new books, and there are many different types, so I ended up reading one or two because I could see them. As a result, I wanted to come out after reading all the books I was obsessed with.
It was an accommodation with a lot to feel about~
There is no bathroom smell and it is clean
For those of you who are worried that not having a washing machine may be inconvenient, I would like to leave a comment. There are not many places in the accommodation that have a dryer. I think washing machines without a dryer are useless... especially in summer weather. I think so... Instead, there's good, well-maintained coin laundry right under your nose!
I used coins even in accommodations with washing machines.!!
The windows are large, and the entire room, bathroom, and living room are not stuffy!! Not all the windows were in a position where people could just see them, so it didn't bother me to leave them open and I felt secure.
Overall, this is an accommodation where a lot of attention was paid to lighting and interior design, and a lot of effort was put into management
That's why the host is an incredibly delicate, kind, and considerate person

The accommodation was really clean and had a unique atmosphere!! I especially liked it because I felt like I paid attention to each item ~! The location is good, so it would be great to go around! I will use it again next time

I also inquired with the owner about the hair straightener malfunction, and they gave me really quick feedback so I was able to use it without any difficulty!! Please be kind haha

The property is very well located, with many different restaurants around and close to the famous Songnidan-gil. I was satisfied with the clean and nice interior of the accommodation, especially the comfortable bedding. Although the bathroom is unusually located upstairs, the cleanliness of the property made it a comfortable night's stay. It remained comfortable on rainy days, dispelling surrounding concerns, and had three rooms, comfortable enough for several people. Ideal place to spend precious time with friends, I especially liked the kitchen sink and living area.
