숙소가 지하철역에서 가깝고 찾기가 매우 쉬웠습니다. 이 숙소는 주변을 산책하는 것만으로도 마음을 잔잔하게 하고 평화롭게 해주는 질 높은 산책코스가 있습니다. 높은 지대에 위치하고 있어 석양이 지는 하늘에 빌딩이 눈에 걸릴 일 없이 탁트인 뷰를 구경할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
숙소 뒤로 돌아가면 있는 성곽길은 저녁이 되면 성곽을 쭉 따라서 노란 조명이 라이트업 되었는데 그 고풍스런 분위기가 참 좋았습니다. 음료 한 잔 들고 산책하면서 한참을 이야기만 하다 와도 득을 본 기분을 느낄 수 있게 해주는 멋진 곳이었습니다.
숙소도 내부가 정말 예뻐요. 사용된 색감이 자연스러운 것들이어서 눈도 마음도 차분해지는게 정말 좋았습니다. 비록 가스렌지 사용은 안되고 칼이나 가위는 없지만 숙소의 분위기를 닮은 그릇과 컵이 구비되어 있어 가구랑 어우러지는 맛이 있었습니다. 밖에서 사온 샤퀴테리 플래터를 옮겨놓기만 해도 그냥 완성되는 분위기라 여기까지 신경쓰신 호텔 오너가 참 고마웠습니다. 요리사라 음식 주변 분위기를 신경쓰게 되는데 구비된 접시가 그냥 이케아 그릇일 뿐인데도 조명이랑 가구등등의 어우러짐이 좋아서 세련되어 보입니다. 이곳 분위기는 큰 노력 없이 고급스럽게 보이도록 하는 매력이 있습니다.
와인잔도 보통 호텔엔 작은 화이트와인용 잔이 많이 놓여 있는데 이 숙소는 레드와인을 마셔도 좋을만한 크기의 와인잔이 구비되어 있어 세심함이 느껴졌습니다.
