We had a fantastic stay! The place was fresh, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the location couldn’t have been better right on the doorstep of all the action, with restaurants, bars, and attractions just a short walk away. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very central location in Itaewon. Close to the train station, shops, restaurants. It's just a block away from the commercial area. The bars on the street get really loud at night, but there is zero noise inside the unit because of the tucked away location and excellent noise insulation. Kanjune is very kind and responds quickly to messages. We had an evening flight out on the day of checkout, and he kindly let us store our bags with him after check out.

We had a great stay at the Treehouse in Itaewon! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was kind and responsive throughout our stay.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Seoul - we would definitely stay again!

Treehouse was an amazing place to stay! Great location and makes you feel like a local! Easy access to everything Itaewon has to offer including its accessibility to both bus and subway station. Super covenient. Since it is not directly by a street, it might be difficult to bring up and down your suitcases beacause of the hill but Kangjune helped us girls with ours on our way out. Great communication and instructions which result in good hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

This 숙소 in Itaewon, Seoul was honestly something I’ll carry in my heart for a very long time. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of warmth and comfort that made it feel less like temporary accommodation and more like a small home waiting for me in a foreign city.The space was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and had this cozy charm that made coming back after a long day of exploring feel incredibly comforting. The host was kind and attentive, making sure everything was smooth and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Little details, like clear instructions and thoughtful touches in the room, made a big difference and showed genuine care. The location was perfect easy access to cafes, restaurants, and public transport, yet still peaceful enough to rest and recharge. After long days of visiting places it is meaningful coming back to this calm, safe space felt like exactly what I needed. I was in Seoul for the BTS goyang tour. I met and made new friends with other ARYMY too. TQ

Kangjune was very helpful, his service was outstanding almost all around the clock. You could ask him for literally anything about Korea, medicine, tipps and tricks on where to go and what to avoid. All around a perfect accommodation and a perfect service. Also a great person to hang out with and you notice he has a special place in his heart for his guests!! I will definitely come again :)

The place was in a great location. Subway was easily accessible and there were a bunch of restaurants very close by. Very easy to get all around Seoul.

Kangjune’s Itaewon getaway was absolutely wonderful. He makes the whole experience and he was so patient and understanding throughout a lot of my tourism confusion. I had thought I had cancelled the reservation and probably got our first interactions off to bit of a rocky start bc I was grappling with my motherland return trip, custody with my child and trying to navigate a language barrier and stress. He instantly made me feel right as rain. And he works so hard. I highly recommend this space to travelers who really value the heart of a home and the proximity to so many wonderful places like refine itaewon (above Barbour right down the road). Sending so much honor, love, appreciation and gratitude his way - thank you kangjune, I will never forget you.

Great location to stay at! It was quiet, close to the subway, nightlife and lots of shops. The place was very clean, and the host is very helpful and responsive! It is small, but is great for 2-3 people! I would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. The house is very clean and well maintained, with easy access to everything we needed. Most importantly, the host is extremely friendly, helpful, and very responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

This was a great stay and only a minute walk from the main strip of Itaewon. If you have partying in mind this is a great stay. We personally had our kids along with us and the train station was only a 5 min walk down the hill. There was also a convenient store 2 mins walking from our fore step. This location was about 20-30 mins subway ride away from everything in Seoul. We loved the apartment, it was what we needed for 2 teenagers and a baby plus 2 adults. It was a little tight but if you attend on using a taxi from the airport it’s a good location, it’s not too far from a main road and taxis did not have a hard time finding us. Our host was great he was there to greet us when we checked in and was there to help us with bags when we checked out. He was so helpful and friendly when we had any questions or issues. This is a great stay, we stayed for 15 days and had an awesome time.

Our stay was perfect. The treehouse is very close to the subway and bus stop, which made commuting very convenient. It’s also in the heart of Itaewon; a few steps would take you to lots of great restaurants. The weekend night life was bustling, too. But the house was quiet despite the business of the area. The host was very responsive to our questions, too. He gave detailed instructions on how to get to the house. We probably would’ve get lost without it!
He was also very attentive to our needs, and quick to reply to our inquiries.
We definitely would recommend staying at the treehouse in Itaewon! :)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, die Küche im Flur und ein abgetrenntes Bad. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar

The treehouse was an absolutely perfect space for us while in Seoul. Being tucked in the hills, the area was peaceful and quiet though just steps away from Itaewon’s bustling hotspots. The descriptions and images show exactly what the space entails—clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities listed. The owners were also very responsive for any quick questions we had. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super gelegen, man kann sie sehr gut von der U-Bahn Station erreichen. Es wurden vom Host wirklich detaillierte Wegbeschreibungen zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir sehr gut fanden. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants und auch einen Convenience Store, in dem man alles nötige bekommt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und fanden sie perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt, da wir von dort aus alles super erreichen konnten. Der Host war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gern weiter und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Bien qu’à proximité des rues très animées du quartier d’Itaewon, le logement est dans un secteur calme. Il correspondait tout à fait à notre besoin (4 personnes faisant du tourisme à Séoul) ayant besoin essentiellement besoin d’y dormir et n’ayant pas besoin d’une grande pièce commune.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Perfekt für Leute die Abends gerne raus gehen. Wenige Minuten Laufweg gibt es unzählige Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten wie Bars, Restaurants. Des Gastgeber war immer hilfreich und nett.

The treehouse was the perfect landing spot for our trip to Seoul! The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. They also held onto our bags after we checked out before we had to leave for the airport which was amazing.

Perfecto para una estancia en Seúl , bien comunicado con los transportes y muy espaciosa para 4 personas . Además el anfitrión estaba siempre pendiente y contestaba rápidamente , lo recomiendo si quieres comodidad y tener cerca la zona de fiesta .

The appartment was perfectly clean, easy to find and comfortable. The surrounding is beautiful, along with nice restaurants, stores, bars and clubs few meters away. Location is perfect, just few minutes walk from subway and bus stations, everything easy accessible. Namsan park with beautiful nature and sport spots is near to the house, great for jogging in the morning. We loved it 🤩

Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Schlafräumen einer Küchenzeile und einem Badezimmer mit einer abgetrennten Dusche. Das ist in Korea keinesfalls selbstverständlich und war ein Kriterium für die Wahl dieser Unterkunft.
Die Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und ein Induktionskochfeld. Die Austattung mit Geschirr ist etwas dürftig, entspricht aber wohl dem korianschen Standard.
Es gibt eine allgemein zugängliche Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas brauchte wie z.B. neue Handtücher. Bei der Abreise war er sehr hiflsbereit und hat uns unser Gepäck bis zur Straße gebracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

The host was very responsive and the air bnb was in a perfect location. It was close to Itaewon station, which made travelling around Seoul very easy. The Korean BBQ and convenience stores nearby were delicious. The host was also kind enough to let us borrow umbrellas as needed during our stay.

Tolle Unterkunft in Itaewon! Metro, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Haustüre:) Zudem sauber und gute Ausstattung. Da das Büro des Vermieter direkt im Gebäude liegt, wurde sehr schnell und freundlich auf alle Anliegen reagiert.

die Unterkunft liegt genau im Partyviertel. ich selber bin kein Partymensch deshalb war das nichts für mich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt eine kleine Bergetappe, was für mich sehr schwer war, aber ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Er hat sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Danke

Kangjune was kind, responsive, and accommodating, graciously allowing me to drop off my luggage before check-in. The air conditioner worked efficiently, the bed was comfortable, and the medium-sized refrigerator was a convenient addition during my stay. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Our host was super friendly and very welcoming! He offered to help us bring in our luggage when we checked in and carry them out during check out. The place was quite spacious for 3 people and there are a lot of fun bars and clubs around the area. It is on top of a hill and is a little steep, however we got used to it after a while and it is super close to the subway station. The host gave a very detailed instruction to get to the house which was super helpful! Everything was very clean and the beds are very comfy. Has everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Would definitely come back to this place when I come back to Korea! Thanks again!!

I really think everything about this place is nice! The host is awesome!
The only down side is the steep road going up to the place (but not a biggie cos the host is really kind to help us bringing our luggage up). Overall it’s a 5star place!

This place is super convenient and easy to stay in! While it might feel a bit snug for a group of four on a long stay, and can be quite noisy on the way home (due to clubs, bars), it’s well-equipped with all the basic amenities — including a washing machine — which made our stay really comfortable. Plus, the host was EXTREMELY kind and responsive, even surprising us with cakes on Christmas Day. Highly recommend it for a short and hassle-free stay if you’re passing through Seoul!

petit logement très bien situé et très calme alors qu'il est à 2 minutes d'une rue très fréquentée le soir. à 5 minutes du métro itaewon. dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas situé sur le rooftop. machine a laver bien utile avec lessive et adoucissant et étendoir. il manque juste un balai pour faire un peu de ménage. Hôte très réactif et instructions très claires pour arriver jusqu'à l'appartement.

Tree House est vraiment un logement paisible dans un quartier assez animé. Nous recommandons ce logement. Par ailleurs nous remercions M. LEE qui a été très accueillant et disponible sur nos demandes notamment pour commander des taxis pour aller à Séoul Station et nous communiquer des bonnes adresses de restaurants.

The guest house is located uphill and a bit difficult to find but the host provided detailed instructions and pictures to show the way. Very accommodating to any requests made during the stay as well

-Host helped my sister carry her luggage ? Cons: -Not really luggage & elderly friendly because you have to walk uphill with stairs to reach the place
-Didn't know the address is different if you want to book an Uber, so we had to walk 5-7mins with steep streets so you have to walk carefully if you have heavy luggage
-Food is 2x more expensive than Hongdae
-Place was a bit small for 4 people but that's okay ? Overall, a very good and pleasant place to stay. We were comfortable and satisfied. Thank you!! ??

We had a wonderful stay at treehouse. The place is in central Seoul easy to access anywhere in the city and the place is clean and comfortable. Also the host is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended treehouse :)

definitely a great place to stay with friends! There's loads of food around the area and friendly locals. While Itaewon can be very crowded and noisy, the apartment is tucked away in the alley so it's quiet while still accessable.

It was very quiet around the accommodation. But it was nice to have a lot of attractions nearby. The host was very friendly and responded to trivial questions immediately. The accommodation was clean and cozy, so it was good to relax after the trip. I'm definitely planning to visit again on my next trip.

Nice spot in itaewon, but quite small. Two bedrooms and a small hallway with a kitchen towards the bathroom. Beds were very firm and there was some mold above one of the A/C units. The place is just off the beaten path on the main strip and nearly impossible to find except for the helpful instructions provided by the host. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with in English. Overall, great spot and worth the value.

This 숙소 is located very close to downtown Itaewon. However, since it was in the middle of a residential area, there was almost no noise. The bedding felt clean and soft. Everything in the accommodation felt clean and new.

이태원 메인거리에서 가까워서 좋아요. 위치 별5개~ 눈내릴 땐 언덕을 좀 올라야 해서 위험할 수 있으니 참고! 방 인테리어 모델하우스 같아요! 신경쓰신게 느껴집니다. 물은 직접사가야하니 근처 3분거리 CU편의점 가시구, 먹을건 근처에 정말 많아요ㅎㅎ 담에 친구들이랑 이태원 가면 또 들리고 싶네요ㅎㅎ

入住体验非常好 在入住时和房东说好时间，他在院子里一直等我，帮我搬行李箱。入住期间找房东借了酒杯，他也毫不犹豫的借给了我们（甚至还附送了两个暖宝宝，怕我们跨年出门会冷）。房间非常的干净整洁，非常有氛围感。房东拍的照片一般，但是实物真的漂亮太多太多了！
