Parking and public transportation access I found this while looking for a place to stay nearby and fell in love with the friendliness of the host, so I made two reservations.
It was unfamiliar at first because it was an alley where villas were gathered, but the more I stayed, the more cozy and nice it was. Surprisingly, it was quiet without any noise from people, and there were a few delivery motorcycles, but I didn't mind at all if I closed the window. There is rare parking, and it was nice that the originally designated parking spot was a good one.
First of all, the host took really, really good care of it. It was very clean and tidy. I was really strict about cleaning, but I was very satisfied because there wasn't a single dust in the corner. They also provided cute furniture accessories, etc., and it was very convenient as there was a clean, state-of-the-art washing machine and dryer. The water comes out well, the air conditioner comes out well, and the TV channels come out well.
I stayed a total of 2 times, and the second time, they knew I was bringing a child, so they prepared books and cutlery, and the first time, they prepared a laundry basket that I had never seen before, which was really touching.
Plus, the host is really friendly... If you ask any questions, please be sure to ask if they were bothering you or if they were resolved. Thank you very much for your attention.
The space is not very large compared to the number of beds. If there are 3 or more people, it may be a bit narrow if you bring a lot of luggage, but if you cook it well, everything is possible.
If you open the door nearby and go out, you can walk to a restaurant paradise. It's close to the subway station, the bus stop is close, and there are many convenience facilities nearby, such as convenience stores, pharmacies, gyms, and parks

While looking for a nearby accommodation to visit the Sangam Concert, I came here because the transportation was convenient, there were many restaurants in the nearby commercial district, and the ratings on the accommodation app were high! I especially liked the check-in/out timeᅲ!!

It was not difficult to use the space as we received good instructions from the host in advance. The interior is clean and practically equipped, so 4 nights were not inconvenient. Personally, ventilation is important, but the air conditioner, public aid circulator windows, etc. are well ventilated, and the refrigerator capacity is ample. I especially liked the fact that there were multiple showers and the soft bedding.
There is no elevator, but since it is on the second floor, it was not difficult to carry luggage to and from. It is a quiet residential area, but the block next to it is also a commercial area, so there are no inconveniences. There was a designated parking area, which was easy to get around and accessible by public transport. I was a little worried because I was staying for quite a long time, but I had a good rest.

I really liked the space that was carefully considered. It was clean without any shortage, and there were plenty of towels and several beds for each person, so I was very satisfied. I will visit again next time I go to Seoul. The owner is very friendly haha

While using the accommodation, I was satisfied that most of the necessary items were provided, and I especially liked that the bed was spacious but very comfortable. I think it's better because there's an air purifier in the bedroom. It was also nice to have a parking space close to the accommodation.
It was a good accommodation that I would like to visit again if I get the chance in the future
