It is well-located for excursions in Buam-dong and Seochon areas, and unexpectedly makes little noise so you can stay quiet. The hosts are friendly and responsive, and they run a cafe where they serve delicious coffee and desserts. The house is clean and has all the necessary amenities, perfect for longer stays. It is close to major tourist attractions in Seoul and has good access to convenience stores and public transportation.

The neighborhood itself is a healing private house on the 3rd floor of Buam-dong, and a cafe with a nice atmosphere is available on the 1st and 2nd floors, so it was great to start the day with coffee!
Since it's on the side of the road, you can walk a little from the bus stop, and since it's a bus ride to tourist attractions, it's closer than I thought, so I had fun and had a good rest haha

The location and location were quiet and it was a very nice accommodation. Next time I have to find accommodation again, I would like to visit again. Recommended!

I needed a place to stay in the middle of the move, so while I was looking into it, I was drawn to the calm and cozy atmosphere, so I made a reservation. Home is a more attractive space than what you see in the picture. In particular, I have a work space in a small room, but I was able to concentrate so well that I finished the work I had been putting off! There was a one-burner induction in the kitchen, which was suitable for a simple yogie hammock, and there was even a small washer and dryer, so there was no inconvenience at all. The hot water came out well and the water pressure was good. This is a space with excellent sunlight coming through the living room window in the late afternoon. Because it has warm heating, the house becomes warmer

This was a place I stayed for a business trip and a trip to Seoul, and it was such a warm place and I felt at ease! The first and second floors of the building are the cafe space and the third floor is the accommodation space, so I was able to spend time comfortably without worrying about noise between floors in the evening! There was a mini washing machine and dryer, so I could do my laundry and cook simple meals, which was nice! The key points of this place are the “spacious room, bed, small study, and living room space,” but no matter where I was, I felt cozy and comfortable, so I felt like I was rolling around everywhere! The owners were kind and cute, and they even let me store my luggage, so I had a comfortable trip ㅎㅎ The cafe latte at the cafe Latto on the first floor was delicious, and the space was pretty, so if I lived in this neighborhood, I would want to make it my hideoutㅜㅜ! I also enjoyed the drinks provided depending on my choice during my stay!

It was a cleaner and prettier space than expected. The living room and bedroom were spacious, so I could relax and cook in the kitchen. Tableware, etc. are almost provided. Above all, the location was the most attractive. It was nice to walk around and take a quiet walk. There was a convenience store nearby and a bus stop right in front, so transportation was not inconvenient. It was nice to go out and see Seochon Anguk and other places. This is an accommodation I want to go back to next time I have to stay in Seoul again. I recommend staying for a long time. And the owner was very kind. On the day of check-out, it was so hot that I took a break at Ratto Cafe, a pretty cafe I wouldn't regret visiting from afar.

I made a reservation for a family trip to Jongno. Although it was somewhat far from Gwanghwamun, it was convenient to travel by bus. I wanted a place that was a little further away than a small accommodation in the city.
First of all, the accommodation was the same as the image and felt good.
It was clean and the tableware was clean and nice!!
Buam-dong was also a great neighborhood!

Just a few inconveniences (other guests might want to take note)

1. No privacy blinds on the windows on the living room and kitchen sides (not the house right in front of you, of course, but it bothered me a little)
2. I think there should be sensors when climbing the stairs of the accommodation. It was dangerous because my ears were dark at night.
3. It was summer and the children were hot because the bedding was made of too warm material?

I live abroad and visited with my teenage children and stayed for about 10 days.
I originally liked the foot of Buam-dong near Gyeongbokgung Palace, but I happened to have a legitimate accommodation so I made a reservation.

Buam-dong was originally my favorite neighborhood as it was a quiet place with a village along a rocky mountain and wonderful galleries and cafes.
However, if you take the bus in front of the accommodation and take a few courses, it is a great place to travel to the center of Korea, such as Gyeongbongguk, Gwanghwamun, Insa-dong, and Samcheong-dong.


First of all, I really liked the accommodation because it was large and bright.
There are good things about traveling together, but if you stay together, problems are bound to arise, but if the accommodation is narrow, traveling can become very difficult.
So, I reserved this space, which seemed spacious, and it was as spacious and large as the picture, so I was able to live very comfortably.
The vintage modern interior made my mind feel even more at ease.


It was a hotel suite structure, and I was even more satisfied with using it without the burden of the hotel price.
It was especially nice to have a small office room where I could read books and do the necessary work.
It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and the bathroom has good water pressure and temperature, so it was convenient to use.

Also, the host was very responsive and friendly in many ways.
We run a cafe under the guesthouse, and the cafe has a nice atmosphere and the coffee and desserts are very delicious.

This is a place I want to stay again next time I come to Seoul.
(Actually, I wanted to stay longer, but it was difficult to renew my reservation)

It was a clean and pretty accommodation full of emotional atmosphere. Although it is on the outskirts of Seoul as a whole, transportation was convenient as there were several buses to Jongno and Gwanghwamun, and you could take the bus right away within a few steps from the accommodation. Since we had planned our schedule mainly in the direction of Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Blue House, and City Hall, it was the perfect location for our schedule. When the host contacted me via message, I immediately checked and responded kindly, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

I was satisfied with the first one because the interior was very pretty!! Satisfied with the second round because it is spacious!! A family of 4 stayed here and we will have a good time without any inconvenience..!!
