Elena is an excellent host. Super responsive and she really cares about you having an enjoyable stay. The apartment was in a very good location. A 5 min walk to the nearest subway and surrounded by restaurants and shops. We are a family of four with two older children and we found that the space worked really well for us. I’d definitely recommend this place to families. However there are some steep stairs so it would be tricky if you have a child in a buggy.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Dir Dachterasse zwischen den Skyscrapern ist faszinierend und sehr groß. Wir konnten sie leider nur sehr wenig nutzen, da wir in der heißesten Zeit vor Ort waren. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 5 Minuten und zu Supermärkten gelangt man superflott, da sich 2 in unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden. Restaurants gibt es in der Gegend wie Sand am Meer.

36개월 아기랑 둘이 여행갔는데 부족함 없이 너무 잘 지내다 왔어요.
엄청 큰 침대가 벽에 닿아 있어서 낙상 위험 없고 다른 공간들도 아기랑 지내기에 위험하거나 걱정할 부분이 거의 없는 점이 제일 맘에 들었습니다.
모든 공간이 깨끗하고 정리도 잘 되어 있었어요.
숙소내에 조리도구나 일회용품들도 잘 갖춰져 있고 걸어서 1분 거리에 마트가 있어서 장보기도 편리했어요.
광안리도 걸어서 5분 정도면 갈 수 있어서 밤낮으로 산책하고 너무 즐겁게 지냈습니다.
호스트분도 너무 친절하시고 아기랑 지낸다고 하니 많은 부분 배려해주셔서 제 집처럼 편하게 지내다 왔어요.
담번에도 숙소 고민없이 예약하고 갈 것 같아요.

We stayed at Elena's place for the better part of a week and had a great time. Her appartment was a good size for the four of us, and had everything we needed. There were lots of cafes nearby and both the beach and the metro were just a short walk away - so very convenient. We hope to return to Busan to watch some more baseball, and would stay at Elena's place again if we can!

Elena'a place is spacious, comfortable, private and clean. It is a third floor apartment situated above businesses on the other two floors. You are two blocks from the main street which takes you to the beach. It is amazingly quiet! Laundromat one block away and very good money exchanger one block away. Large market with everything you need to cook at home. I did not read the ad fully with regards to number of beds versus provided bedding and Elena was quick to help me with a misunderstanding on my part I fully recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr gut eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber war schnell möglich. Der Parkplatz ist nur über Nacht nutzbar. Viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.

Elena was very prompt and helpful in responding to my questions. The apartment is easy to find, very comfortable and well equipped. In addition we liked the rooftop terrace and I did use the hammock. There’s plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. In addition we visited the blueline park sky capsules and the fish market in Busan. When we return we would love to stay at Elena’s again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and local surroundings. Everything functioned well and it had a cosy atmosphere. The place was spaceous with a large terrasse. We highly recommend the place.

我來釜山自駕，房源有提供晚上8點到隔天上午11點的停車位很棒，讓我省了很多停車費，住宿地點很好，巷子出去超級熱鬧，住宿巷子近學區晚上相當安靜，這五天房東也很照顧我們，提供給我們蠻多小朋友可以去的景點，小朋友突然發燒，房東也貼心提供給我們能買到小朋友藥的地方，真的很謝謝這幾天她的照顧，讓我們在一個人身地不熟的地方滿滿的溫暖與安全感。

Elena's home is very cosy and clean. It is also very accessible to the beach and there are many great restaurants and a supermarket just down the road. Loved the space for a quick trip to Busan!

the property was perfect in so many ways! the location was incredibly convenient with lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance and the subway station was only a couple blocks away which made it really easy to transit to other destinations. the unit was really spacious with large, comfortable beds and plenty of wall outlets. other amenities like the amazing private rooftop were great for group activities and the washing machine (detergent provided), hot&cold filtered water dispenser, and heated floors were a big plus during our wintertime visit. there's A/C for those who visit in summertime. we will 100% be coming back again!

Perfect location near Gwangalli Beach. Not far from the main road, few mins walk. Has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom but has access to rooftop which was amazing! Elena is great host and she checked with me few times while my group and I stayed at her 숙소.

Elena hat eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft die 10 min vom Strand entfernt und 5 min von der Metro entfernt ist. Die Dachterrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen!

Het appartement van Elena kwam overeen met de geadverteerde foto's en was mooi en schoon. Let erop dat je een steile trap moet bewandelen voordat je het appartement bereikt. Met grote koffers kan dit lastig zijn. We hebben enorm genoten van het mooie dakterras! Ook waren we blij met de gratis parkeerplaats. Het appartement is super dichtbij een metrostation en het strand. Geen airco's in de slaapkamers maar wel ventilatoren. Wel een airco in de woonkamer.
Elena was zeer proactief en heeft al onze vragen snel en goed beantwoord. Ze zorgde ervoor dat we eerder konden inchecken dan de originele inchecktijd en hielp onze koffers naar boven te dragen de trap op.
Toen we aangaven dat er een rioollucht in de badkamer aanwezig was (wat veel voorkomt in Busan), heeft Elena dit probleem snel aangepakt. Ook heeft zij ons meerdere cadeaus gegeven als compensatie voor dit probleem. Dat werd zeer gewaardeerd!
Dankzij Elena hebben we een goede tijd gehad in een mooi appartement! Bedankt Elena :)

Beautiful apartment with a nice roof top located conveniently between a metro stop and Gwendali beach.
Beds were comfortable, air conditioning unit was very powerful. We were mostly out enjoying the beach and cute town Busan. Elena’s apartment was a lovely place to came back to in the evening. Truly enjoyed it.

We had a fantastic stay at this 숙소. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Gwangalli Beach and a quick taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae shopping centre. The apartment is beautifully designed, cosy, and comfortable, and the rooftop space was a real highlight with its shaded seating, hammock, and relaxed atmosphere.
What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. We had mistakenly booked for the wrong date, but she kindly let us shift our reservation at no extra cost. When I accidentally left my glasses behind, she promptly posted them back to me. Throughout our stay, she was always in touch and ready to help with anything we needed.
I’ve met many kind people on my travels, but none quite like her. Her warmth and generosity made this experience truly memorable. If I’m ever in Busan again, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. I’d highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Something may be helpful to know if you're planning on making a reservation:
*The place is on the the third floor (counting ground level as one), and you have to walk up. This was no problem for us but I imagine if you have lots of luggage or big luggage, or are unable to climb stairs, this is something you'd want to know before booking.

Elena's place is clean and it comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is surrounded by a lot of eateries and a supermarket. She is easy to communicate with and gives me some great suggestions to navigate Haeundae Blueliine Park.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, cute, and cozy! We found so many things to love about this rental. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in Busan. It’s a five minute walk to subway/bus stations and Taxi drivers will come directly to the rental. There’s a convenience store right across the street plus tons of cute cafes and bakeries. Gwangalli beach is only a few minutes away by foot and Haeundae beach is a six minute subway ride. The apartment itself is everything you could ask for. Two spacious bedrooms with clean, comfy beds. A cute living area for watching Netflix at the end of the day and a rooftop with screened-in porch/outdoor table area with twinkle lights for eating snacks and drinks from the convenience store. Also there’s a laundry machine. We were able to store our luggage after we checked out because our flight didn’t leave until early evening. Elena made everything super easy and responded immediately to any questions. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at this 숙소 as a family of 4 (2 kids ages 1 and 10). The location was superb. Being walking distance to Gwangalli Beach and short taxi rides from Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae shopping was great. We didn’t use the metro but there is a station 5-10 minutes away. The apartment is really cute and having the rooftop is so nice. There are shaded areas to relax, a table, hammock, etc. I really appreciated having a room with mattresses all the way to the walls to make co-sleeping easy. Slightly inconvenient are the stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment on the 3rd level, but it was really nice to be on top of a commercial space that is rarely open so noise in the apartment isn’t a concern. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again!! The host is beyond nice too!!

A light, modern and clean apartment.
Only drawback was a bad smell from the bathroom. Our host was very responsive, including summoning a handyman to look into it.
Our favorite room was the small living room on the roof - nice, warm and cosy! The roof terrance is spacious and nice.

Stay n Busan was the perfect choice to enhance the joy of my trip. Its proximity to Gwangalli Beach, where I could enjoy leisurely walks along the shore, made it an ideal location. The cozy and modern interior provided a comfortable retreat, and the stylish amenities, paired with the friendly service, elevated my experience. Additionally, being centrally located allowed easy access to various attractions and local cuisine, making it the perfect accommodation for both sightseeing and shopping.

Everything about this place was perfect, with a blend of modern interior design and beauty. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the beach is also close by. The accommodation itself is so stylish and comfortable that I found myself not wanting to leave. The abundance of towels, amenities, water purifier, Korean ramen, and snacks all reflect the host's thoughtful attention to detail. The interior staircase, reminiscent of a cinema, and the beautiful tree made my last trip of the year even more memorable. I'll definitely be back again!

This is the best location for shopping and sightseeing, close to the sea and also near a convenience store, making it an ideal place for family travelers. The accommodation was clean and beautiful. There were pretty paintings, and the rooftop was beautifully decorated with a large Christmas tree and lights. I had such a happy and enjoyable time here! The photos don't do justice to how amazing this place is in real life. The host was great at communication and responded quickly and kindly to all my questions.

We had a very comfortable stay in this spacious apartment. The rooftop was wonderful and the location was very close to the beach. Elena was so helpful when I became ill and had to order food. When the app wasn’t working correctly, Elena even offered to order the food for me. I eventually figured it out, but Elena was so thoughtful and try to help. 很溫馨的家庭式房源，家人很喜歡。房間打掃得乾淨，設備也很齊全，頂樓的小沙發很適合放空。美中不足的是要走三樓，樓梯很狹窄，搬大行李時有點危險。

This place was easy to find and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly kind and responded to messages almost instantly. The location is super convenient, with a GS25 right across the street and both Gwangalli Beach and Gwangan train station just a 5-minute walk away. The place was stocked with snacks and food, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooftop view and atmosphere were amazing. Truly a hidden gem—I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Busan!

섬세함 of 섬세함이 가득한 숙소. 화장실 스크래퍼까지 구비된 숙소는 처음봤다.ㅋㅋㅋ 부산 오면 무조건 이곳으로 다시 오고싶다.
푹신한 침대에 한번 들어가면 나오기가 싫어진다. 소복소복 포근한 침구류는 더할나위 없다. 3층 루프탑에서 즐기는 바베큐는 추억을 남기기에 딱 좋았다.
곳곳에 비치된 디퓨저에 은은한 조명들이 뒤섞여 분위기를 만들어낸다. 너무 아늑하고 행복한 시간이었다. 숙소는 먼지하나 없이 정말 깨끗하며 따듯한 물이 잘 나온다. 몇가지의 보드게임도 있어 좋았다. 숙소 앞에 바로 편의점이 있고, 주위에 맛있는 카페와 큰 마트가 있어서 편리했다. 바다도 그리 멀지 않았고, 주변에 맛집이 많았다. 호스트는 정말 친절하셔서 여행하는 내내 불편함이 없었다.
사진첨부가 안되는게 아쉽네요. 정말 훌륭하고 cool한 곳입니다!!! 이곳에서 멋진 여행을 즐기시길 바랍니다.

I visited with two young children. I was touched by the delicate consideration of the host. She prepared things for the children and snacks. The condition of the room was perfect as well. I would like to use it again next time.

This accommodation was the cleanest, most comfortable, and prettiest place I’ve ever stayed at. There were many restaurants nearby that stayed open late, making it convenient. I could also shop with a discount voucher for the batik shop located downstairs. It was evident that a lot of care had been put into the accommodation. The kind host’s souvenir was a wonderful reminder of Korea. The Korean-style stairs connecting the house to the rooftop were unique, beautiful, and very charming. Next time I visit, it might be harder to book due to its popularity, but I will definitely come back. Thank you!

This accommodation in a wonderful building is close to the beach and the subway bus stop, and it's very convenient with a convenience store and bakery café right below. Even though the weather was hot, the air inside was comfortable, and the place was clean, spacious, and beautiful. You can comfortably play board games at the large kitchen and wide dining table. I have sensitive skin and am particular about my bed, but I slept very well. You'll definitely be impressed and say 'wow' when you walk in.

The accommodation was spacious and clean with cool summer bedding. The table and TV were huge. The furniture was so luxurious and pretty. The stands in each room made the atmosphere wonderful. All the electronics are the newest models. Big TV, Nice Air conditioner, Big Fridge, Has a stove, kettle and microwave, there was all kitchen unit supply's and alot of clean to towels.
The atmosphere on rooftop allows you to feel all of Korea.
The owner is so kind and responds immediately when we need it, and she prepares welcoming watermelon for the guest . It makes us get rid of a hit and a big smile.
The location is extremely convenient in between Gwanganli under ground Station and the beach. It only takes 5 minutes to walk.
It is the best accommodation for a family trip.

Wij zijn een gezin met twee oudere kinderen en we hadden een geweldige tijd in dit verblijf. Dichtbij het strand met een supermarktje en de subway in de buurt. De woning had alles wat we nodig hadden, de wasmachine was ook heel fijn. Het contact met Elena was uitstekend, ze was heel behulpzaam. Voor een ontspannen verblijf in Busan raad ik dit aan.

2박3일 동안 정말 푹쉬고 왔어요 위치도 바다랑 가깝고 숙소가 넓고 정말 깨끗합니다 . 온수가 문제가 있었는데 바로 고쳐주시고 사용하는데 너무 편했어요! 다음에도 부산여행 갈때 예약하겠습니당

- 화장실 거울장 안쪽에 머리끈이 있음. 숙소에 묵으면서 무엇이 필요한지 세심하게 고민하셨다는 생각이 들었음.
- 호스트분께 연락 드릴 때마다 빠르고 친절하게 답해주셨음.

From the moment I entered the hotel, they prepared such a pretty and delicious welcome fruit, which made me feel good. The accommodation is really clean, spacious, and the location is good. I was surprised that the private rooftop was so cool. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Busan.

The interior was so neat and luxurious that I felt good. Close to public transportation and a good location to use, the convenience store and mart right underneath the accommodation were also good. I also appreciated the discount coupon for the props shop on the 2nd floor, which was given to guests. It was easy to organize with a large closet, and it was nice to leave luggage because the house was large. It was the best day with a nice host as well.

It was a pity that the accommodation I wanted to stay more was the last day of my trip. It was the best accommodation on 숙소 with a really good scent of diffuser. The location, amenities, and bedding were all excellent, and the convenience store right below and the detached rooftop were also the best.

Thanks to the kind host even before check-in, I felt good and easy to find. It was cleaner and wider than a luxury hotel in Japan. I praise myself for finding a diamond-like accommodation. This place, where my bed was better and everything was perfect than a five-star hotel, made my trip to Busan even more special. The bus was a great place for long-term stays because there were many famous restaurants around it, a 1-minute walk from the subway station, and a 5-minute walk from the beach.
It's my first time staying at a hotel with a nice rooftop, a really big refrigerator, and a water purifier, so it's too bad to stay for just one day, so I'm going to stay for a long time next time.

It was a very romantic place to make a reservation in a hurry. It was close to Gwangalli Beach and had a lot of good restaurants. The house was spacious, clean and pleasant with a great location. The private rooftop of the house with the sense of the host was the best. The hammock and photo zone made us feel like we were on the beach.

우선 위치가 광안역과 광안 해수욕장 사이에 있어 도보로 이동하기에 편했고 초등학교 옆에 있어 조용하지만 조금만 걸어나가면 마트와 좋은 상점들이 많아 편리했습니다. 사진보고 집이 어떨지 예상이 잘 안되긴 했는데 구조가 사용하기 편리했고 특히 옥탑이 있는점이 매력적입니다. 사장님도 친절하시고 편의 시설이 잘 구비되어 있어 만족도가 높았습니다.
많이 알려지지 않았으면 좋겠네요?

The building was pretty and it was a nice hotel. Warm and clean accommodation where I could feel the sincerity of the host. Like other reviews, the location and security were great for women to go to. Most of all, the big mattress was really big and comfortable. It was the best to stay in a spacious, clean and private rooftop accommodation at a reasonable price!!

The fairies live in this hotel :) It smells so good, clean and comfortable. It's one of the top three houses I've ever been to. I'm lucky to have such a special house. The private house and rooftop barbecue area were really spacious and pretty, so I was healed. Lying in the hammock under the shining lights, it felt like heaven. I'm worried that I won't be able to make a reservation here if I travel to Korea again. My accommodation was in the station area, so I could take the subway and bus within 5 minutes, and there were many restaurants nearby, and there were cafes and bakery marts right below. I even saw Gwangan Bridge because it was close to the wonderful sea. Thanks to the kind host and nice accommodation, I enjoyed my trip so much. Thank you!

It's the best accommodation in Busan! It was my first time to have such comfortable and comfortable bedding while traveling, so I was able to stay in a good mood. It's a tourist destination, the house is big, so I think it would be great for my family to stay. The convenience store and mart right below are foreigners, it's the best advantage. The friendly host who responded quickly took care of me to see if there was anything uncomfortable.
The rooftop, which can be used in private, was so charmingly decorated that it was an unforgettable day. When I travel to Busan again, it is definitely here.

위치 10점만점에 15점 지하철,버스정류장과도 가깝고 해수욕장,마트,편의점 다 근처에 위치해있어서 아주 편합니다.
내부도 아주 깔끔하고요 간단한 양념류부터 필요한것 다 있습니다.
루프탑까지 깔끔하게 되어있어서 사용하기 편했습니다.

It was 5 minutes away from the noisy beach, so it was rather quiet and it was nice to go if I wanted. The living room and room were comfortable with air purifiers and circulators. The floor below was a shop, so it was a place where my child could run around without worrying about noise between floors. The rooftop of Korea was very attractive and comfortable. Grilled pork belly was really delicious. It was nice to be able to finish the trip well thanks to the clean and comfortable accommodation. If I come to Busan again, I will choose this accommodation.

오랜만에 찾은 광안리~ 5분거리에 있는 숙소^^ 바로 밑에 베이커리가게와 커피숖이 있고 편의점이나 대형마트도 가까움. 무엇보다 먼지하나없는 깔끔한 침구류와 실내 내부가 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 주방이나 화장실 역시 흠잡을데 없었고 침실이나 거실, 모든게 사진과 동일합니다. 제가 좋아하는 은은한 비누향이 온집안을 감싸고 있어서 내부의 청결함을 업시키기도 했습니다. 무엇보다 루프탑에 바베큐를 할수있게 준비되어 있어 나름 캠핑장의 분위기도 느낄수 있습니다. 덕분에 밖에서 고기를 구워 실내를 치워야하는 번거로움도 줄었구요~ 아이들과 같이 온다면 해먹이나 포토존도 인기짱일것 같습니다. 많은 시간을 투자해서 공들여 정한 숙소이기에 기대가 컸는데 모든게 완벽해서 기대 이상이셨습니다. 다음번엔 아이들과 같이 올려고 미리 예약해둘까 합니다. 호스트분도 친철하시고 빠르게 응답해시구요~ 광안리에서 또하나의 좋은 기억에 깨끗한 숙소가 9할은 한거 같네요~ 호스트님~ 번창하시길 바래요^^
