The property has very convenient transportation and a variety of restaurants and convenience stores are located near the property, so you won't have any inconvenience during your stay. The place is clean and well organized, the host H.Jace is friendly and communicative very fast. Convenience of transportation makes it great for visiting major tourist attractions in Seoul, and the internal facilities are also well-equipped considering user comfort. The host is quick to assist you if you need it, and since we have had many great travel experiences, we recommend this accommodation as a place you would like to visit again. The only downside is that you have to walk to the 4th floor without an elevator, but many other advantages make for a satisfactory stay.

There aren't many accommodations where three people can sleep in their own beds, but this was perfect
YouTube and Netflix were all available, and the middle table was large, so it was nice to order a lot of food
The lighting is pretty and the tableware is varied, so I had a great party~!!

I ended up using it for a trip to Seoul with my friends.When I got off the taxi and looked, there was a CU convenience store and GS25 next to the block, and the accommodation was as clean as the picture. Enough bed for 5 women, spacious table, clean and plenty of towels~!!!
I would like to come here again for accommodations for my next trip to Seoul!!!

1) Induction The location of the available fan is not notified in advance
2) The smell of the accommodation, like the smell of a semi-basement, caused severe dizziness and had to be constantly ventilated
3) The smell was coming from the sewer in the fireroom and it was so bad that I had to do my business at a nearby cafe when I went out
4) The host was severely out of contact after moving in, so it had difficulty using induction for a long time
5) I was not completely satisfied and wrote this at length in the hope that other users would use it as a reference when using the accommodation
